We are looking for

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT with English

to join our team in Gdańsk for temporary position (2 years).

What will you get to do?

• Ensuring that all bank statements and incoming payments from local and collect banks are accurately processed and payments allocated within agreed deadlines
• Responsible for using multiple banking solutions / online banks and related local accounts
• Posting of bank statements from local accounts to GL (non-product related payments)
• Posting of bank statements from collect accounts to customer accounts
• Identifying and communicating payment discrepancies
• Identifying errors in In-House Cash payments
• Ensuring that all internal customer queries are dealt efficiently, effectively and to the satisfaction of an external customer and the relevant business unit
• Providing accurate information to AR and AP on a timely and accurate basis
• Undertaking all other work as requested.
• Processing automatic and manual payments.

What kind of skills are we looking for?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and eager to learn individual. The ideal candidate is a true team player, ready to support colleagues and step in when others need backup. Strong organization and communication skills are essential, along with a professional and friendly manner when interacting with others.

Key qualifications and attributes include:

• Communicative English (min. level B2)
• Basic accounting knowledge (accounting certificates, studies, courses will be an advantage)
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage
