Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Purpose:
An Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist at Revvity is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and proper account coding
Enter invoice data into the financial system (likely SAP or similar ERP)
Process payment batches and maintain payment records
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Maintain accurate filing system for financial documents
Support audit requirements by providing necessary documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
