Your Opportunity:

Venture Solutions is looking for an Account Manager to join our team onsite at our office in Arden Hills, MN. This person would need to be a highly organized, self-motivated multitasker in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing email, print, and SMS programs, as well as assisting with the coordination of client websites. 

This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship

Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; onsite

Your Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail 

• Set up and manage email, print, and SMS programs as well as daily and weekly revisions. 

• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-moving deadlines 

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients 

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage several projects at once 

• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities 

• Maintain documentation, reports, and schedules to ensure smooth project execution 

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

• Reconciling numbers and invoicing monthly

You Must Have: 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, with strong skills in data organization, reporting, and analysis 

• Critical thinking and problem solving. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• A quick learner who thrives on managing multiple moving pieces 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 

We Would Also Prefer: 

• Familiarity with secure communications such as direct mail and SMS messaging 

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
