Overview
Our client is an established AI-company. They are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Account Manager to join the team, acting as a crucial bridge between software solutions and client needs across Hong Kong and overseas markets.
In this role, you will combine account management with software consultancy to understand client challenges, propose tailored technology solutions, and deliver interactive demonstrations. The ideal candidate pairs strong relationship-building capabilities with an eagerness to grasp new technologies and drive successful client adoption.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing and new B2B clients, introducing our capabilities and actively identifying opportunities to solve their business problems through technical solutions.
Demonstrate technical knowledge to analyze client pain points, translate requirements, and propose effective, custom software or digital solutions.
Conduct engaging product and prototype demonstrations, utilizing modern tools like AI-generated mock-ups and AI agents to showcase potential solutions directly to clients.
Continuously absorb new technological advancements, applying fresh digital tools and technical frameworks to address client challenges effectively.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions align with technical feasibility and client expectations.
What You Will Need
With 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Consulting, or Client Services within a digital agency, software consultancy, or tech-driven environment (Fresh Graduates are also welcome).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Solid technical background or strong digital literacy, with a demonstrated ability to rapidly understand new technologies, software architectures, and modern AI tools.
Proven ability to present technical concepts clearly, conduct live solution/mockup demos, and consult effectively with diverse client personalities.
Fluency in Cantonese and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage
