The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Nucleus Global team.

This is a dynamic and varied role offering the chance to work across a diverse range of projects across publications and medical affairs, within a supportive, established, and collaborative team. What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Deliver a variety of projects across multiple therapy areas.
• Work closely with clients to deliver creative, strategic, and impactful communications solutions.
• Use your project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with our teams and senior leadership to deliver exceptional service and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to business growth through proactive problem-solving, initiative, and scientific insight.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• A BSc in life sciences (or equivalent experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment).
• Project management experience and confidence working on client-facing projects across fast-paced, evolving accounts.
• Financial acumen, including experience with budget creation and management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for delivering high-quality work and a drive to continuously develop your expertise.
