🎯 What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable PetroApp products and services.
• Identify and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly account management and sales targets.
• Follow up on client requests, issues, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements.
• Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and records.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales activities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase client engagement and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a related role.
• Proven experience in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
• Strong understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, fleet management, mobility, or technology-related businesses is a plus.
