We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Cairns. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Account Executive – Corporate & Commercial
We will count on you to:
Maintain and grow personal relationships and a book of business, contributing to team sales targets.
Conduct research and analyze personal accounts and core team accounts to understand business needs.
Utilize risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance market to review clients' exposures and loss experience and develop solutions.
Execute renewal/placement strategies in collaboration with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive.
Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients.
Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts, leveraging an advanced understanding of internal service and product offerings.
Define the strategy for custom solution development for the team portfolio, communicating sales targets and expectations.
Attend industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network and represent the company.
What you need to have:
Demonstrated experience in a insurance environment
Tier 1 or ANZIIF qualification is highly regarded
Strong business acumen and knowledge of general business functions.
Good problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and meet deadlines consistently.
