We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive growth and build strong relationships with key HVAC OEM customers across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
Ideally based in the Aachen area, we are also open to candidates located in Northern Italy, provided they are fluent in German and willing to travel within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key HVAC OEM stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, expansion, and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Participate in contract and pricing negotiations.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customer needs and business challenges.
- Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts.
- Monitor HVAC market trends and competitor activities.
Required qualifications and experience:
- Experience in account management, technical sales, or business development within the HVAC, refrigeration, or related industries.
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the DACH region.
- Ideally based near Aachen, though candidates from other European locations, including Northern Italy, will also be considered.
