Account Executive - Dallas/Forth Worth area, TX
Multifamily operators are drowning in vendor promises. You'll be the reason they finally trust one. As an Account Executive at WithMe, you own your territory end to end - finding the opportunity, running the conversation and closing the deal. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this work-from-home role requires regular travel within your territory and approximately 25% travel outside of the area for trade shows and events.
The salary range for this position is a base of $80,000 to $110,000, dependent upon experience, and an OTE of an additional $60,000 with commission.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle in your territory, from first touch to signed contract, with real accountability for the revenue target
- Build a pipeline you're proud of through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and mining your own network of clients and industry contacts
- Run discovery that actually digs - understanding what your prospect is up against operationally, not just what they say they want
- Deliver product demos and recommendations tailored to each client's goals
- Build proposals, present pricing and get contracts across the line
- Keep Salesforce clean and your forecast honest
- Partner with other departments, such as Marketing and Operations, to make sure what you sell is what gets delivered
- Represent WithMe at trade shows, industry events and in-market meetings
What You'll Bring
- Two or more (2+) years carrying a quota, with a track record of prospecting, qualifying and closing new business on your own, preferably in MultiFamily Housing or something adjacent
- Experience selling consultative, solution-oriented products rather than transactional ones desired
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM; experience with Outreach or similar outbound prospecting tools a plus
- Comfort with autonomy in a fast-moving, scaling company
- Ability to work remotely and travel roughly 25% for customer visits and industry events
Exciting challenges lie ahead. Join us. Let's get to work.
Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
