Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements

• Strong knowledge of industry-specific (insurance, financial services, or retail) technologies, systems, and processes

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills

• Continuous learning mindset and enjoys keeping up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
