Job Description:

Junior Level -

• 负责编制总账，核对总账与明细账、月结帐等工作
• 负责应收、应付款项核算，及编制往来账，并进行核算与对账
• 负责成本核算及利润核算
• 审核财务报表、核对关联往来，合并报表并进行财务分析
• 出具财务月报、季报和年报

Senior Level -

• 协调团队按照时间和SLA要求完成SOW以内各项task，统筹月结进度，如工资计提/各项费用和税费计提摊销/固定资产以及无形资产处理/BSR/财务报表等；
• 熟悉国际会计准则以及中国会计准则以及中国税务的处理要求；
• 对外能独立与客户汇报团队业务及表现，与客户对接协调团队工作安排，以及流程改进等沟通；
• 对内能独立带团队跨部分梳理业务流程，持续为业务提效；
• 配合客户完成内外审所需资料，统筹各团队资料提供进度与质量；
• 能独立带领团队处理客户的投诉，解答客户问询，采取对应措施和处理对策；
• 配合完成上级领导交办的其他工作事宜。

Job Qualifications:

Junior Level -

• 财务基础知识扎实；
• 英语四六级，读写熟练；
• BPO行业应收/应付/总账流程经验，或传统企业全盘账经验；
• 有SAP、Oracle等财务系统使用经验优先；
• 熟练掌握MS Office办公软件，excel熟练优先；
• 有责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力；

Senior Level -

• 接受外包的工作性质；
• 5年以上工作经验，有总账流程/全套账务处理/财务分析/参与年度审计/税审相关经验优先，有生产型企业工作经验优先，有美国或者国际会计账务处理经验优先；
• 具有团队管理和客户管理经验，能够独立cross团队沟通解决问题；
• 良好的普通话沟通能力，英语具备读写能力，英语具备听说能力优先；
• 最高学历为全日制本科毕业及以上优先考虑；
• 使用过Oracle优先考虑，或者其他大型财务ERP，如SAP等；
• 熟练运用Office办公软件（有Excel的操作经验，会基本的vlook, 数据透视表,  sumif 函数等）；
• 工作严谨负责，能承受月结高强度加班和协调的工作压力。
