About The Opportunity
Job Description SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing both mechanical and electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations across production equipment and facility systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Maintenance personnel ensure all machinery, equipment, and facility systems are maintained in proper working order to support safe, efficient, and continuous operations.

We are currently hiring both Mechanical Maintenance Technicians and Electrical Maintenance Technicians.
Shift Availability
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay Range
Mechanical Maintenance Technician
- $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
Electrical Maintenance Technician
- $38.00 - $46.00 per hour
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete urgent repairs.
- Install, modify, and fabricate machine components and replacement parts.
- Support equipment upgrades, machine installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Complete general facility maintenance including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and building repairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate parts procurement with vendors.
- Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders based on production needs.
- Assist with employee training on equipment operation, safety procedures, and basic maintenance practices.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Previous mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of:
- Motors and drives
- Conveyors
- Hydraulics and pneumatics
- Sensors and control systems
- Electrical wiring and control panels
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, grinders, saws, and drills.
- Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and additional hours as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a constant state of alertness in a safety-sensitive environment.
