What you’ll be doing:    

• Working with the service desk team on end user support through a ticketing system 

• Handle in office-support needs that are workspace and desk technology related 

• Participating in team meetings and department initiatives 

We’re looking for someone who has:    

We are currently looking for internship professionals to join us for Fall 2026. This is a part-time internship with a start date in September or October. 

Basic Qualifications:    

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future    

• 0-2 years recent public IT experience   

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:    

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats 

• Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
