As a Data Engineer I, you will support data pipeline monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and assist with automation and compliance tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for those starting a career in data operations and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Hỗ trợ Quy trình Dữ liệu
  - Xây dựng, giám sát và bảo trì các luồng dữ liệu trong Airflow và Azure Data Factory.
  - Hỗ trợ xử lý các lỗi cơ bản và chuyển tiếp các vấn đề phức tạp.
• Giám sát & Cảnh báo
  - Hỗ trợ triển khai các công cụ giám sát như Azure Monitor và Log Analytics.
  - Phản hồi cảnh báo và ghi nhận các kết quả.
• Tự động hóa & Viết tập lệnh (Script)
  - Viết và duy trì các script đơn giản bằng PowerShell, Python hoặc SQL cho các tác vụ định kỳ.
  - Học và áp dụng Azure CLI cho các hoạt động tự động hóa cơ bản.
• Bảo mật & Tuân thủ
  - Tuân thủ các quy trình bảo mật và quản trị đã được thiết lập.
  - Tham gia việc kiểm tra và đánh giá sự tuân thủ.
• Xử lý sự cố
  - Hỗ trợ điều tra các sự cố liên quan đến dữ liệu, thực hiện dưới sự giám sát.
  - Đóng góp vào việc lập tài liệu phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ.
• Hợp tác
  - Làm việc với các kỹ sư dữ liệu cấp cao và đội ngũ DevOps trong quá trình triển khai.
  - Tham dự các cuộc họp nhóm và đóng góp ý kiến.
• Lập tài liệu
  - Duy trì và cập nhật tài liệu cho các tác vụ vận hành và quy trình làm việc.
  

• Data Pipeline Support
  - Build, monitor, and maintain data pipelines in Airflow and Azure Data Factory.
  - Help troubleshoot basic failures and escalate complex issues
• Monitoring & Alerting
  - Support implementation of monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
  - Respond to alerts and document findings
• Automation & Scripting
  - Write and maintain simple scripts using PowerShell, Python, or SQL for routine tasks
  - Learn and apply Azure CLI for basic automation
• Security & Compliance
  - Follow established security and governance procedures
  - Participate in audits and compliance checks
• Incident Response
  - Help investigate data-related incidents under supervision
  - Contribute to root cause analysis documentation
• Collaboration
  - Work with senior data engineers and DevOps teams on deployments
  - Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions
• Documentation
  - Maintain and update documentation for operational tasks and workflow

Qualifications

• Cử nhân hoặc Thạc sĩ chuyên ngành Khoa học Dữ liệu / Trí tuệ nhân tạo, Khoa học Máy tính, Công nghệ Thông tin, Toán ứng dụng, Viễn thông hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Trình độ tiếng Anh B2 (CEFR) hoặc tương đương
• Hiểu biết cơ bản về thiết kế kho dữ liệu (ví dụ: mô hình sao hoặc bông tuyết)
• Quen thuộc với các phương pháp mô hình hóa Kimball và Inmon
• Nắm khái niệm xử lý dữ liệu theo lô và theo luồng
• Có kiến thức về SQL, NoSQL và cơ sở dữ liệu dạng đồ thị
• Hiểu các cấu trúc dữ liệu và thuật toán cơ bản
• Có khả năng lập trình bằng Python hoặc SQL; học về Java/Scala
• Có kinh nghiệm và kiến thức về Azure Cloud
• Công cụ cần biết: Airflow, Power Query, Spark
• Biết sử dụng công cụ log để hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Git và làm việc nhóm trên cùng mã nguồn

• Bachelor or Master degree in Data Science / AI, Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, Telecommunications or related field.
• English level (CEFR) B2 or equivalent
• Basic understanding of data warehouse design (e.g., star/snowflake schema)
• Familiar with Kimball and Inmon modeling approaches
• Knows batch and stream data processing concepts
• Exposure to SQL, NoSQL, and graph databases
• Understands basic data structures and algorithms
• Can code in Python or SQL; learning Java/Scala
• Experience and knowledge with Azure Cloud
• Must-know tools: Airflow, Power Query, Spark
• Can use log tools to help troubleshoot issues
• Experienced in using Git and collaborating with team members on shared codebases

• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
