Richpanel

We are an AI-first CX platform with a vision to disrupt the $400B BPO market. We are building AI agents that will enable 1 person to run a support team that traditionally required 100+ agents.

We have multi-millions in ARR, are backed by Sequoia, and are already profitable.

But the best part is we have been able to accomplish all this with a very lean 20-member team. Our team is extremely talented, has a lot of autonomy, gets paid well, and truly enjoys their work. If this resonates with you, we'd love for you to apply.
