What you’ll do

• Write and maintain deployment automation using Python/PowerShell/Bash.
• Execute automated deployments to AKS/App Services/VMs; manage configs, secrets, and ACR images.
• Use CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) to automate build, test, deploy, and rollback flows.
• Use Terraform/Helm to codify infrastructure and application deployment steps.
• Automate pre/post deployment checks: smoke tests, health checks, dependency validations.
• Automate database migration execution with verification and rollback options.
• Maintain environment hygiene: version tracking, certificate rotation, config drift fixes.
• Ensure observability by automating logs, metrics, alerts, and dashboards setup.
• Provide clear status during deployment windows and document results.
• Attach required evidence (logs, runbooks, approvals) for audits and change records.
• Follow SECM change process and participate in CAB for technical validation.

Must have qualifications

• 5–8 years in SaaS deployments, DevOps, or release engineering.
• Strong Azure skills (AKS/App Services/VMs, networking, Key Vault, Entra ID).
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, YAML pipelines, Terraform/Bicep, Helm.
• Strong scripting (Python OR PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience with SQL migration workflows and rollback patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, PagerDuty/Opsgenie, and JSM.

QA Engineer II (Intermediate Level) will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications within the banking domain. This role involves manual testing of backend processes, integration points, and file-based data exchanges, with exposure to API and performance testing. The engineer will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to validate end-to-end system functionality and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for banking backend applications.

• Validate backend data processing, file-based workflows, and inter-system integrations.

• Conduct API validation and testing using Postman.

• Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect triage.

• Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects and clarify requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, conducting cyber risk assessments and audits, and ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements and industry standards. The Cyber GRC Manager will collaborate with internal teams and clients to mitigate cyber risks and ensure that cybersecurity policies are enforced. The role requires strong knowledge of cyber risk management, compliance practices, and GRC tools.

Job Mandate: 

• Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): Frameworks: Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance frameworks for cybersecurity. Ensure that frameworks are aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Continuously improve the GRC process to enhance risk management and compliance across the organization.  Be an owner for Trust Center and Cyber GRC controls under the overall controls framework.
• Cyber Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct comprehensive cyber risk assessments and support internal audits to evaluate security controls, processes, and compliance. Identify gaps in cybersecurity practices and recommend remediation measures. Provide evidence and documentation to internal audit teams and clients for certifications and compliance audits.

• Regulatory Compliance Monitoring: Monitor changes in cybersecurity regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Ensure that the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulatory requirements. Update policies and procedures to reflect these changes and provide training to relevant stakeholders.
• Cybersecurity Policy Development and Maintenance: Develop, review, and maintain all cybersecurity-related policies and procedures. Ensure policies are communicated to all employees and are integrated into day-to-day operations. Regularly review and update policies to adapt to emerging threats and new regulations.
• Reporting and Risk Mitigation: Prepare reports on the status of cybersecurity risks, compliance levels, and vendor assessments.
