What will you do?

Program Leadership & Delivery

What do you need to succeed? 
Must have: 

• Minimum of 10 years in banking or financial services with a focus on corporate and institutional clients.

The People & Culture Program Specialist is responsible for leading the design, development, and execution of both new and existing People & Culture programs across key domains. Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end development of new P&C programs and strategic initiatives (including pilot programs), from ideation and requirements gathering through to design, implementation, and launch
