About the Role 

As a MEP Manager within the capital projects construction team, this role acts as an Owner’s side stakeholder in the development, procurement and delivery of the MEP systems for our projects and operations. You will act as the critical conduit between Yondr and the various construction contractors and vendors, ensuring continual, proactive communication is maintained to ensure all contract requirements are met at every stage of the project.  You will be a highly visible representative of Yondr, expected to uphold our culture in the performance of your job duties.

You will also take an active part in the strategic technical initiatives, development of standard specifications, QA / QC procedures and continuous improvements. This role will bring technical expertise and experience with the ability to think differently, challenge tradition and offer innovation and evolution to Yondr’s unconstrained technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities 

• Manage contractors and vendors in the delivery, inspection, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems in alignment with the contract documents and operational requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects. Act as site lead for the project, to include non-MEP scopes, as assigned.
• Provide technical leadership and coordination of all parties to ensure successful completion of construction objectives.
• Oversee the integration of MEP systems with other critical infrastructure (e.g., BMS, power, HVAC, fire suppression, and security systems).
• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain schedule milestones.
• Analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
• Verify that the correct processes, procedures and documentation is being utilized.
• Production of formal project status reports and other periodic reports as required.
• Manage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviews
• Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Assist with RFIs from the contractors and coordinate involvement with other parties as needed.
• Provide technical expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where required.
• Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliers.
• Client management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunities.
• Maintain positive relationships with the community as needed to successfully meet project objectives. This includes local AHJ officials, inspectors, residents, businesses and adjacent construction projects.
• Strategic Thinking - provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectives.
• Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured.
• Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes.
• Conduct yourself in a professional, positive, proactive and collaborative manner always.

Qualifications and experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction, OR relevant experience directly related to mission critical construction delivery with an emphasis on electrical or mechanical scopes.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience on US based construction projects.
• Strong organizational and management skills. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, suppliers and government entities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Project, Procore, Bluebeam and similar construction project management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Effective presentation skills.
• Experience with analyzing construction CPM schedules.
• Proven ability to make judgement calls in the field as required to manage the construction.
• An assertive leader. Able to lead meetings, foster cohesion and drive accountability.
• Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls systems and associated installation sequences and best practices.
• Ability to lead all phases of building commissioning (L2-L5).
• High competent at reading MEP plans, specifications, diagrams, instructions and safety materials.

About the Role 

As Environmental Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our team in data center delivery. This includes working cross functionally with partners in design & construction, and operations, as well as with external stakeholders to develop and implement processes that support Environmental excellence in all Yondr activities.

Main Responsibilities 

 /  Ensuring Environmental Compliance in line with all applicable local, national, and international environmental laws and regulations and permit conditions across operations

About the Role 

Yondr is looking for a talented and experienced Technical subject Matter Expert (SME) – A Controls & Building Management systems design/engineer that will join the DCX (Data Centre Execution) team to provide engineering design expert input to ensure our portfolio of projects is compliant against our design parameters relating to controls, monitoring and data systems and that of our tenants and operational requirements, and compliant also with local code.

The Controls & BMS SME will play a critical role in shaping Yondr’s current and next‑generation digital infrastructure platforms, supporting both Hyperscale/Cloud and AI compute environments. The role focuses on ensuring standardisation, interoperability, resilience, cyber security, energy visibility, and operational readiness of BMS, EPMS, and associated controls architectures.

Working closely with the Global VP Design, Regional Design Directors, Operations, Commissioning, and Digital teams, the SME will lead the development and application of global controls strategies and standards, while supporting live projects from early concept through to handover and operations.

You will also work closely with project managers, design engineers, consultants, contractors and commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing operation of our in-flight projects-  globally (AMERS/EMEA).
As a global role-  the role will require work across both regions across our project portfolio – so travel and working on/from projects in region will be anticipated.

The role will also see the successful candidate engaged and working in partnership with various business functions and initiatives within DCX design,  including input to the development and land acquisition where requried, bid phase support where required, and assisting our construction delivery team through to operations to drive technical excellence  and compliant to client SoQ and Yondr reference design parameters during the full life cycle of our data centers.  

Main Responsibilities 

• Act as Yondr’s global authority for Controls, BMS, and EPMS systems, ensuring consistent application of standards across all regions.
• Develop, maintain, and own global BMS / Controls reference designs, Basis of Design (BoD) strategies, and technical specifications.
• Working in partnership with the Global and regional design directorship, reporting directly under the Global VP Design, you will be collaborating with and managing our consulting partners to produce and develop BoD strategies, reference designs and  global/regional standards.  
• Collaborate as part of the bench of technical expert SME within Yondr to ensure that appropriate standards in design and in management and behaviours are consistently delivered.  You will be a team-player, sensitive to your peers and to ensuring that through collaboration best solutions can be found that consider the issues through all project phases, including in operation.
• Oversee live projects through to detailed design and sign-off the BMS/Controls and integration systems in accordance with our global standards. 
• Define and govern integration strategies across:
   - BMS
   - EPMS

  - Fire & life safety interfaces
  - OT/IT networks
• Support the development of data strategies to enable energy optimisation, fault detection, performance monitoring, and future AI‑driven analytics.
• Collaborate with Operations and Digital teams to ensure systems are operationally intuitive and aligned with long‑term asset management.
• Undertake reviews at key project stage gateways to ensure the mechanical systems are of the highest standards, fit for purpose, buildable and cost effective.

Qualifications and experience 

• Expert knowledge and extensive experience with BMS and Controls & integration systems including BMS, EPMS, DCIM, Fire and Life Safety and OT/IT networks , from source to outlet, and from design to operations– all aspects of BMS and Controls engineering for mission-critical are essential to the role as Technical SME to assist Yondr in informing and shaping our design delivery and design compliance to our standards and those of our tenant/clients.
• Proven DC/Mission critical focused experience in managing and delivering in controls systems  for data centres including BMS architectures, EPMS, Field Devices and instrumentation, netrwork and communications protocols (eg. BACnet, Modbus, IP-Based systems)
• Understanding in depth of the commissioning processes relating to Data Centre delivery, and all stages of the quality/integration processes from FWT to full tagging to IST / RFS.

About The role

To fulfill the role you will have a professional, proactive approach along with superb communication skills. The Site Operations Manager is the primary point of contact for the customer during the operational life cycle of the data center campus. The purpose of the role is to safely operate the data center, through a mix of direct employees and vendors, to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

 Main responsibilities

• Establish, mentor, and lead the Yondr data center campus team on-site
• Partner with Yondr Design and Construction teams throughout the build phase to ensure buildings are fully ready for operations when turned over. This includes participating in Integrated System Testing with our Commissioning partners.
• Establish and maintain Operational Processes (and supporting procedures) to safely deliver facility services as contracted while working with peers around to globe to drive process improvements and reduce operational costs–including management of Yondr and client-initiated projects
• Support, coordinate, and monitor vendor activities, ensuring work activities meet scope of work requirements and follow established processes 
• Serve as Yondr’s primary point of contact with our customer during routine operations and while responding to unplanned events (e.g., outages)
•  Partner with Yondr’s commercial and financial teams in the development and management of budgets 
• Establish a learning culture through the preparation of post-event reports, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans  
• Respond as needed to system after hours maintenance and system complications

Qualifications and experience

• 8+ years of management experience in technology operations, including critical operations
• Highly experienced in personnel management, staffing, and scheduling for a dynamic, fast-paced, 24/7 environment
• Experienced in making time-sensitive operational decisions with minimal supervision

• Superb technical skills and a high level of knowledge and understanding of data center power and cooling infrastructure

About the Role 

This is a high‑impact leadership position with direct influence over business risk, operational resilience, and client trust across Yondr’s Americas portfolio. 

The role owns end‑to‑end security delivery across the full data‑centre lifecycle—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, client handover, integration and live operations. About the Role

Main Responsibilities  

/  Manage and coordinate the project commercial team (external consultants).

We are seeking a US Tax Manager to lead tax workstreams across acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments for a growing data center platform.

This role will support the Global Tax Director who is based in the UK by owning US transaction structuring, integration planning, and post-deal compliance across Federal and State income taxes, sales & use tax, incentives, property and personal property taxes.

The role will partner closely with Corporate Development, the Data Centre Execution, Legal, Finance, and Operation teams to ensure that tax risks and opportunities are managed.

Main responsibilities

M&A and Structuring

• Support with US tax structuring for acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganizations.
• Support with modelling assumptions and the impacts of transactions, including cash tax, ETR, tax basis step-ups, and purchase price allocation support.
• Assess and manage limitations on tax attributes including IRC 382/383, IRC 163(j), and state-specific restrictions.
• Review and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents (SPAs/APAs), including indemnities and covenants.
• Lead post-acquisition integration and legal entity rationalization from a tax perspective.

Federal and State Income Tax

• Oversee federal and multi-state income and franchise tax compliance.

About the Role

Utilities Manager champions design quality, value engineering, risk mitigation, commissioning readiness, and seamless handoff to construction and operations, while upholding customer expectations for uptime, resiliency, speed to delivery, and total cost of ownership. The Utilities Manager serves as the central link between Development and Design/Construction teams, driving the design process from early concept through project handover. This role ensures that every design decision reflects customer, stakeholder, and operational needs—captured, evaluated, and translated into contract documents that enable predictable, high-quality delivery. Qualifications and experience

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in power origination, utilities connection agreements, relationship management, data center development, project planning with significant experience in Transmission/Distribution engineering and construction.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in energy management or project management preferred. Applicable real-world experience in wholesale or retail power markets will also be considered.

About the Role 

As VP of the Client Solutions team, you will provide technical leadership to pre-sales activities, post-sale activities and customer relationships globally. You will be involved throughout the whole sales process, from the start of a technical solution pitch through ensuring that all technical and design information is correct for contracting purposes. In addition, taking a lead role with Yondr internal teams in all correspondence with the Customer. You will take oversight of the delivery teams’ performance during execution of a lease from a technical compliance and escalations point of view.  You'll be required to attend/lead Customer facing meetings to discuss a development’s engineering aspects in support of the opportunity team and conduct expert to expert conversation.  You will also work help to drive our market strategy,  roduct and innovation.

This role is regional so will require travel globally.

Main Responsibilities 

 / Take lead in managing technical sales in EMEA and the Americas  

/ Liaise with technical, delivery, operations and site acquisition stakeholders within Yondr's Hyperscale Customer organsiations.

/ Understand and document Customer’s technical requirements, then lead the opportunity design development and present solutions to meet those needs.

/ Act as a subject matter expert related to all aspects of Yondr’s design.

Qualifications and experience 

 / Experience of supporting  Customer Solutions teams with capturing and defining the technical requirements and solutions for our target Customers.

/ Electrical, Mechanical, Network or Operational datacenter experience. Ideally experience in the Design, Construction and operational lifecycle of data centres.

/ Ability to present complex technical solutions in a simplified manner to articulate solutions and benefits to stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

/ Strong ability to translate customer needs into specific, deliverable requirements.

/ Experience of data centre design, business critical infrastructure management and data centre environment awareness.

About the Role 

You will represent Yondr and be the voice of Health, Safety and Environment Management during the construction of our data centers in the Northern Virginia area. It is expected that you will be based full-time at one job site at a time. You will be responsible to support our Yondr design and construction team and other Yondr team members, as well as our supply chain partners (e.g., general contractor and vendors), in creating the capacity for successful completion of work. This includes monitoring the jobsite for emerging issues and risks, as well as providing assurance and oversite to our supply chain partners so they can successfully execute the work.

Main Responsibilities 

• Support Yondr and our supply chain partners in ensuring work is completed successfully in accordance with Yondr expectations and HSE principles

Qualifications and experience (required)

• 5 years + with HSE management responsibility at an active construction site
• Experience of the data center industry in construction
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE (or related field) or equivalent demonstratable experience
• Completed OSHA 30hr construction training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in working in an Office 365 working environment
• Detailed knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements related to construction sites
• Able to navigate around an active construction site at all phases to perform site visits
• Experience implementing NFPA 70e electrical safety standards
• Experience overseeing crane activities in a construction environment

Qualifications and experience (preferred)

• Certification as Certified Safety Professional (or equivalent)
• Experience working as an owner’s rep and/or as a general contractor
• Experience working as a supervisor overseeing HSE personnel
• Graduate degree in HSE (or related field)

About the Role 

The Market Director, Real Estate is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing the company’s real estate strategy within a defined geographic market. This individual will be the local expert and primary point of contact for all regional development activity, interfacing closely with municipalities, customers, JV partners, and vendors. The role requires a deep understanding of local entitlement processes, customer deployments, and competitive dynamics, while also playing a critical role in sales support, external engagement, and internal cross-functional coordination. This position will influence the full lifecycle of real estate development—while also ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic goals.
