The Program Coordinator provides support to Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams for the K12 Group Domestic lines of business by ensuring completeness and accuracy on all tasks. Goals center around accurate and detailed workflow in timely manner while providing high level of positive customer service to our internal stakeholders.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for understanding our products along with sales and operational guidelines to ensure a balance in business rules and supporting sales with accurate and timely completion to win and retain business.

Responsibilities:

• Supports Sales and Account Management teams with proofing operational requests, reviewing pricing, drafting and reviewing itineraries, handling itinerary changes, tour customizations, general destination/product information, answers to pricing and itinerary specifics, and special requests by using knowledge of program destinations, systems and/or communicating with AM/Sales and Product Delivery teams.
• Contributes to oversight and review of tour writing resources
• Assists in the coordination of tour details and ensures all deadlines between departments are met.
• Supports sales and account management by answering questions, providing recommendations and completing tasks within the tour life cycle.
• Acts as liaison between Production and Sales/Account Management teams, ensuring that internal business rules and product standards are upheld. Uses knowledge of programs, products and systems to assist in improvements to operational efficiency, pricing accuracy and tour itineraries.
• Contributes to updates, development and implementation of internal processes, rules and procedures based on the needs of the business. This includes recognizing system or process gaps if applicable and reports in a timely manner.
• Provides support on other projects and tasks as requested by management. May be assigned responsibilities related to group management, pricing, or program operations/management.
• Prepares status updates, reports and/or resources as requested by management.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures so as to serve as an effective staff member.
• Support company policies and management decisions with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

The Regional Director is part of our Campus Partnerships team that serves as connectors for our U.S. partner colleges and universities to the large portfolio of opportunities for students across WorldStrides Higher Ed, including ISA, TEAN, and our faculty-led custom programs. Regional Directors are an important part of the team, serving as first point of contact for university partners and recruiting study abroad students in their assigned region. The Regional Director's main areas of responsibility include lead generation, new business and program development, territory growth, and relationship management in order to foster exceptional service to our partners and meet enrollment and revenue goals for WorldStrides Higher Ed.

• Work closely with partners on affiliation and associated benefits, program approvals, portfolio development, and strategic programming

The Honors Performance Series is an opportunity for elite young musicians to perform together on the world’s greatest stages. Young musicians (“Finalists”) are selected through a competitive audition process to join an ensemble under the baton of a renowned conductor. The program consists of 5-6 days of rehearsals and sightseeing on location in a major city such as New York City, London, or Sydney, before taking the stage for a public performance at a prestigious venue such as Carnegie Hall, Royal Festival Hall, or Sydney Opera House—to name a few.  

The program runs multiple times during the year, with one Carnegie Hall performance for High School and Middle School musicians, as well as a rotating international venue for High School musicians.  

This position is hiring for all program dates and locations for the 2026 season, including:  

• New York City/Carnegie Hall (High School Musicians): February 4-9th, 2026 
• London, UK/Royal Festival Hall (High School Musicians): June 19-24th, 2026

Job Description 

Chaperones are responsible for the safety, wellbeing, and engagement of a group of Finalists during the Honors Performance Series program. Chaperones report to a Senior Chaperone, and work in collaboration with the program management team to create a positive educational experience for all participants. 

Responsibilities 

• Supervision & Guidance: Provide responsible and attentive supervision to approximately 15-17 Finalists during rehearsals, performances, and off-site events in various locations across the city. 

• Safety & Well-being: Ensure the safety, well-being, and appropriate behavior of Finalists at all times, including during travel to and from events. 

• Attendance Management: Keep track of Finalist attendance during rehearsals and events, promptly reporting any unexplained absences to the appropriate Senior Chaperone and/or program management team. 

• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating logistics as requested, which includes greeting Finalists and Families on arrival day, guiding Finalists to sightseeing excursions, organizing offsite meals for Finalists, distributing event tickets, and assisting with final day departures from the hotel. 

• Emergency Response: Be familiar with and follow established emergency procedures, responding promptly and effectively in case of any emergencies. 

• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with Finalists, Families, and other members of the team to ensure everyone is well informed about schedules, expectations, and any updates related to events taking place during the series.

This is a seasonal part-time position with a variety of shifts between February and June 30th. There are no set hours for this position, but rather shifts that reflect the needs of the company and the volume of groups traveling at any given time. Starting pay for this role is $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Treat customers, vendors, and fellow employees with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
• Provide the highest level of safety for all participants while they are on tour.
• Required to actively monitor and patrol the hallways during the initial two hours of their shift, from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM and throughout the night, each hour, at minimum. This can be done through standing, walking, or utilizing mobility aids, as necessary, to ensure an effective and inclusive approach to maintaining safety and presence.
• Present a professional image – remain courteous, positive, and helpful.
• Follow proper procedure while working on assigned floors to include checking in/out of the hotel with designated personnel, introduction to Program Leaders, and groups and escalation protocol.

Overview:

Event Site Photographers are responsible for deftly navigating bustling student group activities capturing dynamic storytelling imagery that documents attendee’s day-to-day event experience at our summer career and leadership enrichment programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. You will be tasked with artful capture of meaningful learning moments, newly formed friendships, program speakers, hands-on activities, and off-site excursions and site visits. To accomplish this successfully, you will need your head on a swivel and quick reflexes in documenting these authentic moments. The ideal candidate has experienced success as either a wedding or sports event photographer. Imagery you capture will be used for a myriad of purposes from student and parent access to program sales and marketing activities, and social media promotions. 

What to Expect:

• First and foremost, all team members are expected to enable the safety and well-being of our students and model and embody our core Service Values.
• Provide own professional photography equipment (self-insured)
• Receive program shot list(s) and defined daily content capture listings: students, classes, workshops, tours, hands-on activities, guest speakers, etc.
• All captured imagery is rights-released and owned by WorldStrides, Inc. in perpetuity
• Imagery captured at event(s) cannot be used for Photographer self-promotion without WorldStrides permission
• Ability to travel (flights, coaches, vehicles)
• Navigate large venues for event captures (extensive walking required)
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all program participants
• Being part of a highly collaborative site operations team
• Attend daily site staff meetings
• Working hours between 7am-11pm; June-July (some early August) and travel to different sites may be required
• Option to reside on the program site within college dorms, hotels, or conferences centers
• Complete mandatory on-site pre-season training; including photography brand guidelines
• Assist in policy enforcement, including participant conduct, dress code, while acting as a positive team member, mentor, and role model for all team members, participants, and their families

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend and capture student experiences at our various Envision program events and locations–documenting the complete student-learning experience.
• Capture uplifting, lively, and memorable program experiences through dynamic, inclusive, and impactful visual content as detailed in the provided shot list
• Complete mandatory daily content uploads to our photo sharing site, to organized file folders and albums for public consumption
• Review staff/student provided images/video uploads-–tagging selects that have potential for broader usage (as reviewed against shot list)
• Participate in the photo approval process as needed
• As time allows, capture organic video content in support of photography shot list for usage across social media channels–this is considered a ‘value add’
• Create an image montage at the conclusion of each program session, highlighting the experience for potential use end of program celebrations, social media, etc.
• Perform additional misc. duties as designated by the Site Lead and other leads such as, assist with the set-up or take-down of program events
• Communicate professionally, effectively and positively with staff team, families, vendors, speakers, etc.
• Strict adherence to WorldStrides policies and procedures – contribute to a safe and engaging environment for youth

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience specializing as event photographer, such as weddings and/or sporting events – student photography a plus
• Strong skills in digital photography, and editing – videography a plus
• Provide your own professional and insured and insured photography equipment to shoot on location at program sites, which may include college campuses, companies, or other off-site venues. Equipment may vary to include DSLR cameras, lenses, audio equipment, stabilizers, etc.
• Ability to work with and guide youth and staff to obtain quality content
• Be a self-starter with and action-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work extended days and hours
• Ability to receive and apply critical feedback and guidance
• Always monitor the safety of participants
• Must pass a verification background check
• Must submit a portfolio of relevant work/photography samples to be considered
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Description:

Event Staff are responsible for providing logistical and operational support to assigned Heritage Festival events. Event Staff assist the Event Host in ensuring that the entire event runs smoothly, ensuring adherence to the schedule by adjudicators and program participants, ensuring all logistical components are being executed as directed, and ensuring a high-quality experience for all event participants. Event Staff work directly with the Event Host, event participants, and adjudicators to ensure a successful event. Event Staff report to the Event Host.

Responsibilities:

• Support the oversight of event components and act quickly to resolve problems
• Adhere to event safety standards; implement and execute all policies and procedures
• Perform any operational tasks as directed
• Assist with on-site set-up and breakdown of event space and A/V
• Assist with inventory, set-up, packing, and shipping of event materials
• Assist with ensuring on-time execution of event schedule, supporting with the oversight of group movement from warm up location to main performance location
• Coordinate with adjudicators to ensure accurate scoring and timing of participant groups
• Keep adjudicators informed of any schedule adjustments
• Assist with the logistics of final scoring and recordings, in preparation for awards ceremony
• Ensure excellent customer service to all event participants, adjudicators, and vendors
• Inspect equipment for damage after use and check it against an inventory list; pack up equipment at end of event
• Serve in various support roles and perform other duties as directed by the event host

Qualifications:

• Event management experience (preferred)
• Work effectively in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong logistical and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a high pace environment
• Able to handle stress and remain calm
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management and other event staff members
• Travel to event locations over holidays and weekends
• Able to work a flexible schedule. This may include early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, extended (long) workdays, and multiple days in a row.
• Organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize, work on multiple projects simultaneously, exercise good judgment and solve problems

• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Physically able to fulfill responsibilities associated with event execution. Festivals require physical exertion including climbing stairs, lifting, long hours on your feet and walking, and exposure to weather (hot or cold).
