Responsibilities

As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll partner with regional APAC leaders to co-create and execute talent and business strategies. You will be a strategic advisor, leading on organizational design, talent planning, and complex employee matters. This is a high-impact, regional role focused on scaling teams, guiding change, enabling performance, and evolving HR processes to support our scale.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategies to business objectives and helping leaders scale teams effectively.

• Partner with leadership on strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.

• Provide senior-level guidance on organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness.

• Provide Employee Relations support, offering thought partnership and guidance throughout the performance management process.

• Drive initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, including performance management, feedback culture, and engagement strategies tailored to local context.

• Guide leaders and teams through periods of change, including business transformation and growth-related evolution.

• Leverage people analytics (Data-Informed Decisions) to support decision-making and identify trends.

• Collaborate strongly across People Ops, Employment Legal, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless HR delivery, optimize processes, and balance risk.

• Embrace an AI and Automation mindset to streamline processes.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 8+ years of HR experience, with 4+ years HR partnership experience at a senior, strategic level.

• Strong experience partnering within Global, APAC and GTM-facing roles.

• Experience in tech/high-growth/scale-up environments is required.

• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and experience working across multiple APAC markets.

• Experience managing complex employee relations and a strong understanding of local and regional compliance frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) as part of your regular daily work flow

This is your chance to join one of the world's leading enterprise automation platforms, you'll be playing a pivotal role in shaping the team that will power our next phase of growth globally.

This is an initial 6 month contract position.

What you'll be doing

You'll own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to bring world-class talent into our new Hyderabad hub. Day-to-day, that looks like:

• Building and nurturing strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
• Partnering with hiring managers to design smart, structured recruitment processes that consistently land the best people
• Crafting compelling job descriptions and sharp interview frameworks tailored to each role
• Running screening calls, assessments, and interview coordination with speed and precision
• Sourcing creatively — from LinkedIn and professional networks through to events, referrals, and beyond
• Keeping candidates engaged and moving through the process efficiently, with a great experience at every touchpoint
• Producing weekly recruiting metrics and pipeline dashboards via Greenhouse, keeping stakeholders informed and decisions data-driven
• Building genuine long-term relationships with candidates, even those who aren't the right fit today

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of recruiting experience. With at least 1 year in house. A combination of agency and in house experience is strongly preferred.
• A background in high-growth SaaS or tech — this is a must; you'll need to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

You’ll shape and deliver thoughtful, high-touch hiring journeys that reflect how we operate: connected, efficient, and intentional. Throughout the hiring process, you’ll make sure every step feels clear, smooth, and worth people’s time, while thoughtfully incorporating local cultural nuances without losing that consistency.

You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and teams to keep everything running seamlessly and make sure every candidate experience feels intentional. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Owning the interview scheduling process across APAC, US, and EMEA regions — coordinating complex, multi-timezone panels, managing calendar conflicts, and triaging scheduling requests to keep SLAs on track.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates as a central point of contact for scheduling logistics and process questions

• Drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process — keeping candidates informed, responsive, and warm from early interview stages through final interview

• Configure and manage jobs in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring requisition details, approval workflows, and job fields are accurate 

• Manage the job approval process, coordinating with hiring managers and TAPs to keep jobs moving through without bottlenecks

• Maintain data integrity in Greenhouse, making sure workflows are followed and records are clean for downstream reporting

• Handle sensitive candidate and compensation information with discretion and confidentiality

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies — you're not just running the process, you're actively improving it

• Help maintain and improve coordinator documentation and SOPs

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in an HR operations/admin role

• Willing to commit to work hours that align with USA / Europe workday

• Hands-on experience with interview scheduling coordination and ATS management 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

• Comfortable managing complex, multi-timezone scheduling with multiple stakeholders

• Experience communicating across a globally distributed team — you will partner daily with colleagues in the US, APAC, EMEA

• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS, Google Suite and Jira Service Management (JSM) is highly preferred
