What you’ll be doing
Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store.
Solving issues in which the team needs help.
Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, office duties and well-being.
Collecting and forwarding feedback.
Proactively participating in developing store operations.

You have experience in working as a Grocery Associate in grocery stores/retail.
You have experience in leading a team (in a similar industry).
You are proactive, service-minded and a fast learner and have the ability to multitask.
You are able to work at least (40 hrs/week) flexibly in all shifts during the day, evenings and weekends - our Wolt Market is open 24/7.
You are fluent in Georgian language and preferable if you have professional working proficiency in English.

This is a 1year fixed-term opportunity within Wolt’s High-Volume Talent Acquisition team, created to support a period of transformation in how we hire for high-volume, frontline roles.
As our new High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on hiring for Support Associate and Grocery Associate roles in the Georgia market. You will support day-to-day recruitment while also contributing to the rollout and embedding of a more scalable, data-driven, and AI-supported hiring model.

Support Associates and Wolt Market Grocery Associates are essential to Wolt’s day-to-day operations. They support customers, courier partners, venues, and in-store operations, making efficient, high-quality hiring critical to business continuity and growth.
As Wolt prepares for the next phase of high-volume hiring, this role will help ensure strong delivery, continuity, and candidate experience throughout the transition.
What you’ll be doing
Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles in Georgia, including attraction, assessment, and offer processes for Support and Grocery Associate positions
Contribute to the rollout and adoption of new, AI-supported and data-driven hiring processes and tools
Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support efficiency gains
Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience during a period of change
Experiment with and support new sourcing and attraction approaches, while executing core recruiting best practices
Collaborate closely with your sub-team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to share learnings, ideas, and solutions
Partner with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support campaigns and initiatives related to high-volume hiring
What we’re looking for
You have hands-on recruitment experience and enjoy partnering with stakeholders while leading end-to-end hiring processes. You have recruited associates, customer service representatives, or other blue-collar roles in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing
As the Regional Retail Operations Excellence Specialist, you will be the subject-matter expert driving operational excellence across Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan. Your goal is to improve our partners’ Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) by reducing Orders with Unfulfilled Items (UFI) and Merchant Cancellations.
You will build connections and deep knowledge up from the venue-level, support Account Managers in ops excellence topics, and act as the bridge between stores, Wolt, and your regional counterparties.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Operational Projects
Manage local rollout of global initiatives and new operational products and processes (e.g. substitutions, inventory adjustments, Picker Application updates) and ensure partner readiness
Run pilots and share learnings globally to improve picking efficiency, inventory management and item data quality
Conceptualize and project manage initiatives that will improve country and partner operational efficiency and fulfillment reliability (picker incentive programmes, implementation of picking routes etc)
Performance Management
Track and analyse Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio, and its most important sub-drivers
Identify root causes for low operational performance and define actionable improvement plans together with partners and their Account Managers
Distinguish between behavioural, process, and data/integration-driven performance issues
Lead recurring operational reviews with major merchants and follow up on agreed actions
In-Store Operations & Training
Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and regional managers
Conduct regular store visits, staff training, and picker coaching making sure all venues are working based on best proven practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Regional Ops Heads, Product, Support and other functions on key topics like substitutions, data accuracy, and venue unavailability reduction
Influence merchant leadership to prioritize operational excellence alongside commercial goals
Knowledge Sharing
Document best practices, wins, and challenges efficiently in country forums
Support peers across regions by proactively sharing learnings including to leverage AI tools to scale your own expertise to other partners and countries
Our humble expectations
2-5 years of experience in retail, supply and operations management, account management or similar field roles in ecommerce
Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data tools (Excel, Looker, or similar).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; while having the ability to lead their own work and taking initiative
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working both on-site and cross-functionally online
Open for travel to Kazakhstan & Azerbaijan (70% of time)
Fluent in English, Russian and Georgian

Role background
Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we're best known for our delivery platform. On our mobile apps or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners. As our team is growing, we're looking for a Support Lead to join our team in Georgia! In our Support team there is no typical day. To be successful in this role you will need to be independent, customer-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to provide best support to our Customers, Restaurants and Courier Partners. We are looking for someone who takes ownership beyond the obvious and who can take that extra step to support the team.
As a Team Lead you will be not only helping to provide the best customer support for Wolt in Georgia, but also make sure that our Support team is working in the best possible way during their shifts! You will inspire a high quality standard of service that we provide to our customers and partners.
What you'll be doing
Handling Customer, Restaurant and Courier Partner Support.
Leading by example: For us at Wolt, customer interactions serve a larger purpose than simply fixing problems, this is why you will learn our Support from A to Z, and will continuously raise the bar of the service we provide. You will have the responsibility of managing the team together with your Support Lead colleague. Being able to act as a sparring partner helping your colleagues to grow is a key ability.
Shift Scheduling: Participate in scheduling the shifts in the Support Team and searching for the best possible ways to do it.
Recruiting: You will ensure that the Support Team delivers a first-class performance week in and week out despite being the fastest growing team within Wolt Georgia. So, you need to be able to spot the best talent ‘out there’.
Training: You enjoy learning and teaching others. This includes onboarding processes and mentoring the whole team whenever it’s needed.

What you’ll be doing
Leading, growing and motivating a team. Creating an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working. You’ll get to plan team events with your team - something we aim to do a couple times a year.
Your main goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things, this is one of the key day to day operational tasks you’ll be working with.
Continuous participating in internal and external meeting
The role also includes a good collaboration and communication with other functions at Wolt to make sure we have a good selection & right products on sale.
Monitoring shrink levels and control the amount of food that goes to waste.
Managing shift scheduling.
Handling incoming goods and order of the store.
Overseeing everything the store and colleagues need to enable fast growth. This includes everything from ordering office supplies or IT-devices.

Work together with the Head of Support and take full ownership of the experience and satisfaction of the customers and partners
Contribute to strategic initiatives and their execution in order to constantly improve the service proposition
Guide and coach the team in order to improve the associate’s performance, personal development and happiness
Implement new work procedures and features and encourage feedback around these
Analyze and optimize customer and partner touchpoints and look for patterns in incoming requests and workforce management to then put them into actions and improvements.
Together with the Content, Training and Quality team, develop the quality and content processes within the Support operations in line with the training operations
Collaborate closely with other teams to meet the needs of the customers and improve overall level of service.
