Wiz is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own execution and optimisation of demand generation and brand awareness within South East Asia and Korea. You’ll collaborate closely with local and global Marketing teams to build a regional marketing execution plan alongside Partner, Sales and Product teams to ensure our marketing efforts resonate with key target audiences, generate qualified leads, and accelerate our go-to-market initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Field Marketing Strategy & Execution: Aligned to regional strategy & objectives, you’ll deliver integrated field marketing plans tailored to specific regional markets and target verticals. This includes aligning sales motions, partnerships, and campaigns that will drive brand visibility and demand generation.
• Event Management: Lead and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, and user groups. Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless execution of in-person and virtual events.
• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing assets and campaigns that support sales efforts in the field. Provide them with the tools, content, and resources needed to engage prospects and close deals.
• Lead Generation: Align tightly with functional teams across campaigns, digital, ABM and customer marketing to strengthen qualified leads and pipeline opportunities for the sales team.
• Regional Market Insights: Analyze and report on market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
• Operations & Logistics: Own swag stock, warehousing, and support vendors for the South East Asia and Korea regions
• Brand Enablement: Serve as a brand ambassador for Wiz, building and nurturing relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers while ensuring our field team are enabled with the right collateral to boost the Wiz brand and message in market
• Budget Management: Own the region budget and ensure timely purchase order submissions and invoice management

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• 8+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech or cybersecurity in South East Asia and Korea markets. Enjoying working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a must! 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as someone who enjoys collaborating across functions
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
• Experience with demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail for effective project management.
• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS). Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done. You’ll have an “inbox zero” mentality and be ready to tackle any task, whether it’s executing complex campaigns or handling last-minute logistics.

As a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business and expand our presence among mid-sized organizations, driving adoption of our cloud security platform. This role will be reporting to the Regional Director, Sales - SEAK. This role requires a strong ability to generate pipeline, manage full sales cycles, and articulate the value of security solutions to technical and business stakeholders. You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers' business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

• Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth within Mid-Enterprise accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects Wiz values
• Lead with curiosity to understand our customer’s complex business problems 
• Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers for our cloud segment
• Demonstrate ability to position and advise to CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights; Continue to listen, build and grow executive relationships with customers 
• Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity 
• Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
• Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

• 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts especially in Hong Kong, Taiwan & Thailand market
• Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification
• Proven track record of managing full sales cycles and handling objections effectively
• Experience in a hypergrowth/start-up organization
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-growth sales environment
• A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers 
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in various stages 
• A proven track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business

You will work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is building a secure infrastructure for their cloud environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Conduct deep research and account planning to engage senior security decision-makers
• Lead multi-threaded sales engagements, collaborating with technical buyers and executive sponsors 
• Align with Wiz partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity  
• Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message
• Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives  

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to large Enterprise accounts especially in Indonesia & Malaysia
• Proficient in value-based solution selling, with a keen focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, ensuring alignment with end business value 
• Proven track record in complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations within the specific geographical territory listed
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations teams  
• Strong ability to partner with sales engineering to drive technical evaluations 
• A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers 
• Must demonstrate proficiency in executing a formal sales process and possess familiarity with qualification frameworks
• Exceptional communication, operational command, and strategic thinking skills
• A proven track record managing accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business 
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
