You aren't customer support; you are the dedicated partner for 150 of the Whop's top digital creators. Each business in your book does $50k+/month in revenue. Your job is to make sure they never leave and that they grow 20% every quarter. You will be their main point of contact, their advocate to our engineering team, and their guide to the entire Whop ecosystem (Financing, Payments, Virtual Cards, etc.).
This role reports to the Head of Account Management and is in office at our Brooklyn office (300 Kent).
Accounts: Manage a book of 125-150 top creators.
Retention: 100% Logo Retention. You have a relationship with your creators and they stay on Whop.
Growth: Drive 120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) QoQ. Remove blockers, help them scale their business and adopt new Whop products (Credit cards, financing, processing, hosting, interest-bearing accounts).
Communication: Own the Slack Connect channels for your creator book. Be the first to answer, the first to solve, and the first to congratulate them on a big launch.
Relationship: Handle kickoff calls, regular strategy check-ins, and contextual gifting for milestones.
Product: Feed "boots on the ground" insights to our engineers to ensure we’re building exactly what the biggest creators need.
Experience: You’ve operated within the coaching, course, agency, or e-com space. You understand their pain points because you’ve felt them.

Whop is hiring our first dedicated security hire. You will work closely with our CTO to uplevel the team’s security posture.
This role is responsible for owning all security outcomes: infrastructure, compliance, external programs, and internal security. You'll drive execution and hold an extremely high bar for our security posture. We are looking for someone highly technical – an engineer first. The ideal candidate is a backend/infra engineer who evolved into security — you owned security at a startup because no one else would.
We're mid-SOC2 with a handful of vendors supporting our IT and Security. You'll inherit these relationships and make them yours, and work across every internal team to drive execution. You'll work closely with the CTO, head of legal, chief of staff, and head of ops.
This is a hands-on role. We are looking for a technical individual contributor to independently build these programs from scratch.
Scope:
Within 30 days, you’ve mapped how access, data, money, and production systems actually work at Whop. Incident detection is materially improved through stronger logging and monitoring, with clear signals for suspicious access and misuse. You’ve established clean ownership and escalation for security incidents, tightened obvious risk boundaries, and taken ownership of all security-relevant systems and vendors without broadcasting internal gaps.
Within 60 days, security fundamentals are standardized and enforced through engineering systems, not policy alone. Identity, access, secrets, devices, production access, and financial systems operate on least-privilege defaults with strong auditability and fast revocation. Guardrails are embedded into workflows so engineers and operators naturally do the safe thing. SOC 2 is in final stages as a consequence of these systems being in place and actively used.
Within 90 days, Whop’s security posture is durable under real-world pressure. External security programs are live, incidents are detected early and handled predictably, and critical systems are resilient to abuse, compromise, and traffic spikes. Sensitive data is controlled and minimized by default. Employees can safely use modern tools, including AI, without creating hidden risk. SOC 2 is complete, policies are followed in practice, and security runs autonomously day-to-day with minimal CTO involvement.

We're hiring a BD lead to cut one-to-many deals that bring on thousands of new businesses to Whop. We want someone whose entire job is hunting, closing, and executing these partnerships until the merchants are live on Whop for payments, banking, and ads.
The types of partnerships we want cut:
You own the deal from end to end: scouting the partner, cutting the deal, and staying on it until the partner's network is actively ramping on Whop. A signed contract means nothing if the merchants aren't live. Once the partnership is ramping on autopilot, an account manager takes over to maintain the relationship and you go hunt the next one.
The goal is to close 2-3 massive deals per year and get maximum impact out of each. This role reports to the Head of Sales and is based in NYC.

You aren't customer support; you are the dedicated partner for 150 of the Whop's top digital creators. Each business in your book does $50k+/month in revenue. Your job is to make sure they never leave and that they grow 20% every quarter. You will be their main point of contact, their advocate to our engineering team, and their guide to the entire Whop ecosystem (Financing, Payments, Virtual Cards, etc.).
This role reports to the Head of Account Management and is in office at our Brooklyn office (300 Kent).
Accounts: Manage a book of 125-150 top creators.
Retention: 100% Logo Retention. You have a relationship with your creators and they stay on Whop.
Growth: Drive 120% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) QoQ. Remove blockers, help them scale their business and adopt new Whop products (Credit cards, financing, processing, hosting, interest-bearing accounts).
Communication: Own the Slack Connect channels for your creator book. Be the first to answer, the first to solve, and the first to congratulate them on a big launch.
Relationship: Handle kickoff calls, regular strategy check-ins, and contextual gifting for milestones.
Product: Feed "boots on the ground" insights to our engineers to ensure we’re building exactly what the biggest creators need.
Experience: You’ve operated within the coaching, course, agency, or e-com space. You understand their pain points because you’ve felt them.
Servant Leader: You know how to navigate high-value relationships without being intimidated.
Detail: You care about correctness and speed. You don't wait until you're reminded to follow up. You reach out proactively.
Low Ego, High Output: No task is too small (fixing a bug) and no idea is too big (helping a creator pivot their entire business model).
Within 30 days: Deep dive into the Whop's product and shadow existing AMs. Take over your first 50 accounts.
Within 60 days: Fully own a book of 75+ accounts. Maintain a sub-5-minute response time and begin identifying "at-risk" accounts & growth opportunities.
Within 90 days: Full book of 125–150 creators. Hit your first quarterly target of 100% retention and 120% NRR.
