About the role:

As our business continues to grow across the DACH region, we’re looking for a Client Services Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of key client campaigns.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly — on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll act as a central point of coordination across internal teams, creators, and clients, while also supporting and guiding junior team members.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence, client management, and creative thinking in a fast-moving environment.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Lead day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met
• Oversee and support Client Services Executives, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality output
• Track budgets and monitor spend across campaigns
• Review creator selections and content to ensure quality and alignment
• Support (and occasionally lead) client communications and meetings
• Oversee reporting, ensuring data is accurate and insights are clear and actionable
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in an agency, brand, or digital marketing environment
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Confident communicator with experience supporting or leading client interactions
• Strong attention to detail, particularly across budgets, timelines, and content quality
• A solid understanding of the social media and creator landscape, especially within DACH
• A clear appreciation for creative excellence and high-quality content
• Experience leveraging AI tools or emerging technologies to improve workflows, efficiency, or campaign performance
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Language Requirements

• Native-level German
• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
• Additional languages are a plus

We’re looking for a Jr. Campaign Manager to join our team, someone who is passionate about the creator economy, deeply connected to social media culture, and excited to work at the intersection of brands and creators.

In this role, you’ll act as a key link between creators and the business, helping bring campaigns to life from idea through execution. You’ll work closely with our Associate Director and wider team to ensure campaigns run smoothly, content meets the highest standards, and creators feel supported every step of the way.

About the role:

Our German business in DACH is growing and so we are looking for a Germany-based Creative Strategist to inspire, plan, and execute creator-first visions for brands in the DACH region.

Reporting directly to the Creative Strategy Director DACH, you'll play a key creative and strategic role, consistently pushing creative boundaries and staying ahead in the continuously evolving landscape of social media, creative advertising, and effectiveness in the creator economy.

In addition to supporting strategy across key clients, new business pitches and shaping innovative campaigns, you'll also contribute to building processes internally and with our clients. This role is an opportunity to be part of the team shaping the future of creator-first creative strategy.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Support unpacking client briefs, identifying the exact strategic outcome and what is required to achieve it
• Create together with the Creative Strategy Directors compelling, creator-led creative and social strategies rooted in actionable insights for key new business pitches
• Proactively generate original, insight-driven strategic ideas, challenging and inspiring creative thinking for Whalar clients
• Identify and develop community and creator strategies for short-term and annual projects in close collaboration with the Creative Strategy Directors, Research & Insight, Client Services, Design and Community teams
• Build and shape creator briefings to ensure on-strategy creator co-creation
• Provide creative and strategic support to key accounts, collaborating with the Creative Strategy team and the regional team to identify strategy opportunities and enhance existing relationships
• Consult on paid media strategies and platform-specific rollout plans with partner media agencies to ensure the strategy is executed effectively
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Paid Media, Measurement & Analytics, Creator Partnerships, and Client Services to develop comprehensive client solutions and ensure our creative strategic visions come to life throughout the execution process
• Use measured campaign outcomes to continually inform and refine future strategies and ideas
• Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms, integrating them strategically into projects and proactive thought leadership

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3 - 4+ years of experience in creative, social media, and content strategy
• Fluency in social media platforms and their unique dynamics, including extensive knowledge of user behaviors and platform best practices
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable transforming sets of data into actionable insights
• Meticulous, culturally rooted creative thinker and practitioner with an eye for upcoming trends
