About the Role
As a RVP Sales West, you’ll lead a team of account executives responsible for selling WEKA to Enterprise level companies who need speed, simplicity, scale for their AI environments. Reporting to the VP of Sales, Americas, you and your team will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Demand Gen to drive top of funnel pipeline and build our business opportunities with enterprise customers.
The right person for this role will understand how to navigate complex sales cycles and sell technology into enterprise environments. We are seeking a technically fluent Principal Solutions Architect to lead our strategic partnership strategy across the enterprise AI infrastructure ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this executive role sits at the intersection of strategy, product, and go-to-market.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a critical strategic enablement function designed to accelerate revenue attainment for WEKA's field sales organization.
