You’ll lead front-end development for large-scale, real-time applications. Authentication and identity are the front door to every Vonage product — and the Cerberus team is the engineering team that keeps that door secure, reliable, and scalable for hundreds of thousands of business users worldwide. Sitting at the heart of the Vonage Business Communications and Vonage Contact Center platforms, we own the full identity stack — OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, SSO, MFA, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, fraud detection, and more — processing hundreds of thousands of requests per minute in production. This is not a supporting role; it is core infrastructure where a single decision can affect the security and availability of Vonage's entire product suite. As a Software Engineer joining a team of 6 senior engineers, you will take end-to-end ownership of mission-critical microservices, contribute to the modernization of the VCC identity platform, and help shape the technical direction of a fast-moving, security-first team — with real impact visible at scale from day one.
Design, develop, and maintain authentication and authorization microservices (backend-heavy, full-stack) serving the VBC and VCC platforms
Take full ownership of features end-to-end — from requirement kick-off and solution design through implementation, code review, testing, production deployment, and post-deploy monitoring
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and design discussions — contributing concrete technical insights and surfacing risks early
Manage production deployments using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Bolt), including smoke tests, E2E test execution, log analysis (Kibana / Grafana), and incident response
Implement and maintain security-critical flows including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, JWT, MFA, passkey/FIDO, SCIM, and inter-service authentication patterns
Write and maintain technical documentation — architecture decision records, playbooks, runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials
Participate in on-call rotation (OpsGenie), responding to production alerts, investigating issues, and driving root cause analysis
Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to enhance personal productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Required:
Full-Stack developer with a strong server-side orientation — comfortable owning backend services while able to contribute to frontend when needed

We are looking for an experienced Core Voice Manager to lead a world-class team responsible for maintaining and evolving our enterprise voice infrastructure. This role involves overseeing global operations, managing on-call support rotations, and ensuring exceptional call quality and reliability across all voice platforms. Lead and mentor a global voice operations team focused on reliability, performance, and scalability

We’re seeking a Senior SIP/VoIP Engineer to design, operate, and enhance our global enterprise voice systems. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting carrier-grade voice infrastructure, ensuring call quality and uptime, and driving operational excellence. Support and maintain voice infrastructure, including SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways
Troubleshoot SIP signaling and call flow issues across global platforms
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to high-severity incidents as needed
Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams to ensure reliable and secure service delivery
Partner with vendors for platform updates, tuning, and escalations

7-10+ years of experience in voice engineering, operations or telecom infrastructure

We are an established team driving the innovation of our company’s core audio-call infrastructure. Our current mission is the new development of high-performance services that power real-time audio streaming for external processing, recording services, and external API integrations.
In this role, you will focus on building new, scalable features from the ground up. While we value full-stack capability, your primary impact will be in Backend and Cloud Engineering using .NET and AWS (ECS/EKS).
You will take ownership of the end-to-end development of new audio-processing logic and the APIs that expose these capabilities to the rest of the organization.
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work most of the time remotely. However, certain tasks will require in-person collaboration with team members. You should be prepared to attend on-site meetings (Tel-Aviv) occasionally to support key project milestones and ensure successful outcomes.
