About Unlimit
Unlimit is the global financial infrastructure for the borderless agentic economy. Designed to bridge the gap between fragmented local markets and the future of autonomous commerce, Unlimit provides the programmable operating layer for the world’s most ambitious businesses.
Through an integrated technology stack, the platform unifies global payment acceptance, programmable financial accounts, and digital asset rails into a singular financial layer. By mapping hyper-local payment ecosystems directly into its architecture, Unlimit enables businesses to move value and settle transactions instantly across continents.
Built on decades of hard-won regulatory depth and an extensive global license portfolio, the platform provides direct access to a massive global infrastructure. With major hubs in London, San Francisco, Singapore, São Paulo, and Mexico City, Unlimit is building the infrastructure that makes global expansion a matter of code, not geography.
Search is splitting in two. Half the clicks still come from Google's blue links — the other half are increasingly being intercepted by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot, where users get an answer instead of a list. When those engines name a brand, recommend a product, or cite a source, they're shaping purchase decisions before our website ever loads.
We're hiring a Senior AI Engine Optimisation Specialist to own our visibility inside those answers. Companies like Unlimit and Stable are already showing up consistently at the top of LLM outputs in their categories — that's the bar. Your job is to get [Company Name] there for ours, and keep us there as the models, surfaces, and ranking signals evolve.
This is a strategic, hands-on role. You'll define the playbook, run the experiments, and ship the work — partnering closely with Content, PR, Product Marketing, and Engineering.
Own GEO strategy end-to-end. Define what "winning" looks like across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Copilot, and emerging surfaces. Prioritise the prompts, categories, and buyer journeys that matter most to revenue.
Audit and reverse-engineer LLM behaviour. Track which sources the major models cite for our category, why they cite them, and where we're missing. Build a repeatable methodology for diagnosing visibility gaps.
Optimise content for retrieval and citation. Restructure existing pages and brief new ones with LLM-friendly patterns: clear claims, citable statistics, structured Q&A, comparison tables, schema markup, semantic clarity. Coach writers and SMEs on what makes content quotable by an AI.
Build third-party authority. LLMs trust what the open web trusts. Plan and execute campaigns to seed mentions, reviews, and citations on the sources models actually pull from — Reddit, G2, Wikipedia, industry publications, structured datasets, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others relevant to our category.
Engineer the technical foundation. Crawlability for AI bots (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), llms.txt, structured data, entity consolidation, internal linking, and site architecture that supports retrieval. Partner with engineering on implementation.
Stand up monitoring and reporting. Implement and operate tooling (Profound, Peec AI, Otterly.AI, AthenaHQ, Scrunch, or equivalents) plus custom prompt-tracking pipelines. Report share-of-voice, citation rate, sentiment, and competitive position — and tie them to pipeline and revenue where possible.
Run a continuous experiment program. Hypothesis → test → measure → document. Build the internal knowledge base so wins compound and don't live in one person's head.
Partner across the org. Brief Content on what to write, PR on where to land coverage, Product Marketing on positioning language, and Engineering on technical implementation. Educate leadership on a discipline most of them are still learning about.
5+ years in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing, with a clear track record of moving organic visibility metrics for a real business.
Demonstrable GEO/AEO experience. You've already run experiments to influence LLM outputs, know which levers actually move the needle, and can talk concretely about what worked and what didn't. Case studies welcome.
Deep working knowledge of how modern LLMs source information — pretraining vs. RAG, web grounding, citation behaviour, the role of structured data and entity recognition, and how this differs across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
Strong technical SEO foundation. You can read a log file, debug a rendering issue, design a schema implementation, and brief engineers without hand-waving.
Analytical fluency. Comfortable in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, BigQuery or equivalent. Can build dashboards, run prompt-tracking at scale, and turn noisy signals into decisions.
Excellent written communication. You can produce, edit, and brief content that's both genuinely useful to a human reader and structured to be cited by a model.
Operator's mindset. Bias to ship, comfort with ambiguity, and the judgement to know when to test versus when to commit.
Experience in our category ([fintech / payments / SaaS / your vertical]).
Hands-on familiarity with the Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google APIs for building internal monitoring tools.
Light Python / SQL — enough to wrangle data and prototype scrapers without blocking on engineering.
A background in PR, digital PR, or link-building at scale.
Public writing, conference talks, or open-source contributions in the SEO/GEO space.

Generative Engine Optimisation only works if the content actually exists — at volume, at quality, in the formats LLMs are most likely to retrieve and cite. Comparison pages. Statistics roundups. Q&A libraries. Glossaries. Reddit answers. G2 reviews handled the right way. Wikipedia-grade reference pages. Long tails of "[X] vs [Y]" content. Updated, fact-checked, structured, and on-brand.
No human team can produce that volume the old way. So we're hiring an Agentic Content Creator — someone who designs and operates AI-powered content workflows that turn one editorial brief into ten polished, accurate, citation-ready outputs, while keeping a human firmly in the loop.
You'll work hand-in-glove with our Senior AI Engine Optimisation Specialist. They'll tell you what content needs to exist to win in LLM outputs; you'll build the agents, pipelines, and editorial process to produce it — faster than competitors can copy, and at a quality bar that holds up to a sceptical reader.
This is the role for someone who is genuinely a writer and genuinely a builder. Not one or the other.
Design and operate agentic content pipelines. Build multi-step workflows — research → outline → draft → fact-check → structure → optimise → publish — using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n / Make / Zapier, and custom scripts. You own the workflow, not just the output.
Produce GEO-shaped content at scale. Comparison pages, listicles, "best of" roundups, statistics hubs, glossaries, FAQs, definitive guides, and structured Q&A — formatted for both human readers and LLM retrieval. Volume matters; so does quality. Both, not either.
Run off-site content campaigns. Draft and orchestrate the long tail of third-party touchpoints that build LLM-trusted authority — Reddit threads, Quora answers, niche forums, GitHub READMEs, dataset descriptions, review platforms. Always ethically, always disclosed where required.
Build internal tools and agents. Prototype the small utilities that save the team hours: prompt-tracking scrapers, citation monitors, content gap analysers, brand-voice linters, fact-checking agents. Think "useful internal tool" not "production SaaS."
Maintain editorial quality and brand voice. Agentic doesn't mean autopilot. You're the final editor on everything that ships. You design the QA loop — automated checks plus your own eye — that keeps the bar high.
Fact-check rigorously. LLM-assisted content fails the moment it hallucinates a stat or misattributes a source. You build verification into the workflow and personally vet anything sensitive.
Iterate on prompts and templates as a craft. Treat prompts and agent instructions like code: versioned, tested, documented, refactored. Share what works with the rest of the team.
Partner with the GEO Specialist. They'll bring the strategy and the target prompts. You translate that into a steady output of content that earns citations and visibility.
A genuine writer's instinct. You can produce a clean, opinionated, useful piece of content from a blank page — and you can edit machine-generated drafts into something that actually reads well. Portfolio or samples expected.
Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling. Daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, and at least one agentic or workflow tool (Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar). You should be able to walk us through workflows you've built.
Light-to-moderate coding ability. Python or JavaScript at the level of "I can read API docs, write a script, debug it, and ship it." You don't need to be an engineer; you do need to not be blocked by one.
Prompt engineering as a real skill. You can explain why one prompt works and another doesn't, and you've built reusable prompt libraries or templates before.
Editorial judgement. You know when AI output is good, when it's mediocre-but-fixable, and when it needs to be thrown out and rewritten. You'd rather ship five great pieces than fifty average ones.
SEO/GEO literacy. You understand search intent, on-page structure, schema, internal linking, and what makes content citable. You don't need to be the strategist — but you need to speak the language.
Operator's mindset. Bias to ship. Comfortable owning a backlog, prioritising ruthlessly, and reporting on output without being managed.
Experience in our category ([fintech / payments / SaaS / your vertical]).
A track record of building public content programs — a newsletter, a blog, a docs site — that earned organic traction.
Familiarity with the Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google APIs for custom agent work.
Background in journalism, technical writing, or developer relations.
Open-source contributions, public prompt libraries, or writing about agentic workflows.

We are looking for a Solution Architect / Agentic Systems Engineer Lead to join our Design Team. You will own the technical architecture for web products in the acquiring business line — payment pages, merchant dashboards, marketing websites — and lead the design and implementation of AI-powered automation pipelines that transform how the team works: from design-to-code generation to automated QA and design system management.
This is not a pure coding role. You will make architectural decisions, design multi-agent systems, build automation infrastructure, and mentor a small team of AI-native developers and designers.
Responsibilities
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Define and own technical architecture for web products: payment pages (Angular SPA),
merchant dashboards (Angular/NestJS), marketing websites (PHP/JS/SCSS)
- Make technology decisions, document them (ADRs), and maintain the team's tech radar
- Design APIs and data flows between frontend, BFF (NestJS), and backend services
(PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Oracle)
- Ensure PCI DSS compliance in payment-facing interfaces
- Conduct architecture reviews, lead technical discussions, mentor developers
Agentic Systems & AI Automation
- Design and implement multi-agent pipelines that automate team workflows:
design-to-code, design system audit, visual QA, component generation
- Build and maintain MCP servers and tool integrations for AI agents used by the team
- Architect the Design System as Code pipeline: Figma → Tokens → Components → Code → QA,
with AI at every stage
- Implement LLM integration patterns: structured output, function calling, RAG,
retry/fallback strategies
- Ensure AI system reliability: hallucination detection, output validation, graceful
degradation
Design System & Infrastructure
- Own the technical side of the shared component library (Elemental UI): architecture, token system, theming, versioning
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Docker) with AI-powered checks (visual
regression, accessibility, code quality)
- Manage iFrame integration patterns and cross-origin communication for embedded
interfaces
AI-Native Skills
- Multi-agent systems & AI tooling (agents, MCP, orchestration, tools)
- LLM integrations (RAG, function calling, structured outputs, validation)
- AI-driven automation pipelines (design-to-code, design systems, CI/CD)
- AI reliability & prompt engineering (fallbacks, hallucination control, system prompts)
- 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack or backend development, with at least 2
years in an architect or tech lead role
- Proven experience designing system architecture — APIs, data flows, service
interactions, not just writing code
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, Node.js/NestJS
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis in production — schema design, query
optimization, caching strategies
- Proficiency with Docker and GitLab CI/CD — building and maintaining pipelines, not just
using them
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) — building real
integrations, not just prompting in a chat
- Understanding of agent frameworks and patterns (LangChain, CrewAI, Claude Code, MCP, or
similar)
- Experience designing and maintaining component libraries or design systems
- Knowledge of SOLID, DDD, and ability to make pragmatic architectural trade-offs
- Strong communication skills — ability to explain technical decisions to designers, POs,
and stakeholders
