It is the primary responsibility of this position to coordinate and manage the customer ordering process. This includes but is not limited to creating order acknowledgements, posting signed order acknowledgements and payments to individual orders, communicating with customers on deliveries and backorders, and answering general order/material questions. WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in the efficient operation of warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. • The merchandiser role is an outside field position where 80% of the time will be out on the field visiting customer, driving most of the time and part of your time will be spend internally at your assigned branch, helping customers showing slabs, assembling displays, collecting samples and supporting internal staff under supervision of the local Branch manager or the executive team.
• Merchandisers will be part of the internal staff as needed and will be part of the schedule rotating Saturday.

Work environment & Physical demands

• The merchandiser role is an outside field position where 80% of the time will be out on the field visiting customer, driving most of the time and part of your time will be spend internally at your assigned branch, helping customers showing slabs, assembling displays, collecting samples and supporting internal staff under supervision of the local Branch manager or the executive team.
• Merchandisers will be part of the internal staff as needed and will be part of the schedule rotating Saturday.
• Merchandisers should expect to handle heavy lifting, loading and unloading displays up to 50 pounds.

OVERVIEW
It is the primary responsibility of this position to coordinate and manage the customer ordering process. This includes but is not limited to creating order acknowledgements, posting signed order acknowledgements and payments to individual orders, communicating with customers on deliveries and backorders, and answering general order/material questions. The Credit Support Coordinator is responsible for the CreditApp Inbox and entering accounts in two different systems.  This position is expected to have good Customer Service acumen, Data Entry and the ability to communicate in a pleasant, helpful and courteous manner.  This position is expected to evolve over time as the company grows and business needs change.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and act on incoming emails and resolve any same-day requests.
• Enter new marketing and / or customers into system(s) as required.

• Keep inbox organized and ensure anyone can go in and find what is needed on the team.
• Save documentation as per procedures provided in multiple locations on the system.

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating key operational functions across customer service, logistics execution, inventory flow, and order management to support overall branch performance and customer experience.

This role operates as a critical cross-functional partner to sales, customer service, warehouse, and branch leadership, ensuring alignment across order execution, delivery scheduling, inventory movement, and customer commitments. The position requires a high level of ownership, judgment, and accountability in managing daily operational workflows and resolving issues in real time.

The Logistics Specialist supports both branch-level and multi-branch (UMI-wide) operations, ensuring consistency in logistics execution, process adherence, and service standards across the organization.

This role is expected to operate independently, manage competing priorities, and make real-time decisions that directly impact customer experience, operational efficiency, and branch performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and coordinate daily logistics and operational workflows, including delivery execution, routing, and material movement.

- Own the order lifecycle support process, including order creation, auditing, modifications, issue resolution, and communication.

- Manage delivery scheduling and routing execution to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.

- Oversee inbound and outbound transfers, including slab movement and material allocation.

- Drive cross-functional communication between sales, customer service, warehouse, and leadership.

- Support operational decision-making related to slab allocation, delivery prioritization, and truck loading.

- Ensure execution of key processes including returns, damaged material handling, and system updates.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with assigned account base customers, with intentions to maximize sales/profit for every account and most importantly to expand CR market penetration within the assigned area.

The Account Manager represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.

This position will be required to build and sustain productive relationships and partnerships with current customers and prospects to grow sales and to expand CR penetration with Designers, Architects and Builders’ segments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
• Proactively leads a joint company account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

• Actively participates and leverages branch events as ways to increase sales.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or proven track record of at least 10 years-experience in sales and marketing is required.
• Prefer knowledge and experience in the building material industry, in some capacity.
• Have the ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of CR's competitors, including their capabilities, past competitive history, and can assist in developing a plan to beat them!
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a hunter mentality in the approach to developing and executing strategic plans.
• Must have the skills to discover, create, and develop new opportunities.
• Requires excellent verbal communication and writing skills, but more importantly the desire, ability, and competitiveness to succeed.
• Minimum 50% Travel on a regional basis to cover territory.
