The Material Handler will play a crucial role in the efficient and smooth operation of warehouse and distribution processes. The Material Handler is responsible for handling, moving, and organizing tile and stone materials, ensuring accurate inventory management, and contributing to a well-organized and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently move, load, and unload tile and stone products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other designated equipment.
- Inspect materials for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before handling or shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventories.
- Work closely with the inventory control team to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist in the arrangement and optimization of storage spaces for efficient material flow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and performing tasks.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and carriers regarding inbound and outbound shipments.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a material handler in a warehouse environment, preferably in the tile and stone industry.
- Previous experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification and experience operating other warehouse equipment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Proven experience handling experience in a precise and meticulous manner.

CDL Driver

OVERVIEW

The Delivery Truck Driver is responsible for the safe operation of the company’s truck with a typical weight capacity of 30-55,000 pounds (GVW). This role is responsible for all functions related to the vehicle, including the pre-trip report (DVIR), ensuring the truck is loaded properly, the material is secured to the truck, delivery of materials to the customer location, and processing of all customer delivery paperwork.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a heavy-load truck.
- Ensure all material is properly secured at the beginning of the shift and continuously monitor after each delivery.
- Ensure that all customer supporting paperwork is completed and returned at the end of each shift.
- Collect, document, and properly secure money received to ensure alignment with customer paperwork.
- Report any issues or incidents related to material damage or customer matters to dispatch.
- Perform the daily truck inspection, pre- and post-trip (DVIR).
- Seek advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from supervisor.
- Perform and document inspections to ensure truck and equipment are kept in good condition.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving.
- Possession of a CDL (type A or B) Commercial driver’s license.
- Proficient in driving manual transmission trucks.
- Capability to operate a gate lift.
- Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack.
- Experience in handling commercial and residential deliveries.
- Ability to service all region’s distribution centers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Travel is required for this position.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of forklift experience
- Minimum of 5 years of truck driving experience with a proven track record of safe driving.

Customer Service Representative

OVERVIEW
It is the primary responsibility of this position to coordinate and manage the customer ordering process. This includes but is not limited to creating order acknowledgements, posting signed order acknowledgements and payments to individual orders, communicating with customers on deliveries and backorders, and answering general order/material questions. Moreover, below details additional responsibilities related to maintaining the customer relationship, as well a general office responsibility.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processing order acknowledgements from inception, recording approval documents on order acknowledgements, accepting payment if applicable, and setting delivery of product.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as necessary.
- Provide showroom support by assisting with customer selection as necessary.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Requires occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Must be able to multitask and complete tasks. Must have ability to be work in both an office and warehouse setting Requires occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school Diploma/GED
- Bilingual preferable
- Ability to type 30-35 words per minute
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook
