• Shape the Product Emotional Language: Define how the product feels and connects with members through visual, illustration, and motion design. • Navigate Strategic Trade-offs: Be a relentlessly open and collaborative partner. While highly autonomous, you know when to push for absolute perfection, when to pull back, and how to make the necessary design trade-offs to keep cross-functional projects moving forward without sacrificing the core experience.
• Ensure Seamless Integration: Partner closely with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering to ensure your motion assets (via Lottie/Rive) are easily implemented and perform flawlessly across iOS and Android.

Opportunity

We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally-minded Director of Enrollment Operations to own and optimize the full journey from member registration through activation. This mission-critical role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and EVP of Twin and serves as the strategic and executional owner of the enrollment full, directly driving member conversion and revenue realization.  

You will be responsible for the end-to-end member enrollment function focusing on reducing friction, eliminating inefficiencies, and enhancing the member experience through continuous process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Member Acquisition, and Clinical Operations to drive innovations in the enrollment process and ensure seamless member activation at scale.  

Responsibilities

• Funnel Ownership: Own l enrollment funnel from member registration completion through clinical onboarding and sensor activation. Partnering with Product and Engineering  to optimize a tech-enabled conversation journey. You are responsible for driving outcomes across all care team service operational touchpoints.
• Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Drive strategy for the member enrollment function. Serve as the strategic owner for funnel design, optimization, and innovation.  You will leverage technology, product and analytics to unlock new levels of efficiency and member satisfaction. Your responsibility is to always ensure tight coordination between care delivery operations and the digital product experience and to own enrollment performance metrics across operational touchpoints
• Process Improvement: Build and lead a robust process improvement program that spans care coordination, nursing, fulfillment, onboarding, and clinical scheduling. Identify root causes of inefficiency, design scalable solutions, and ensure each step is repeatable, streamlined, and tightly executed 
• Operational Optimization and Automation: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows involving humans, logistics, and clinical processes and developing automation solutions with product and engineering that ensures accountability for metrics and consistent w/w performance.
• Daily Funnel Monitoring & Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics such as care team capacity (scheduling, staffing, etc), appointment completion rates, lab test completion, kit shipment and delivery, and sensor activation rates. Use data-driven insights to drive proactive interventions and inform long-term improvements.
• Capacity Management: Monitor workforce and operational bandwidth (e.g., appointment slots, clinical staffing, lab capacity) to proactively balance load and avoid conversion delays. Partner with Associate Director, Practice Operations to support alignment with the care team day to day operations.
• Team Leadership & Development: Develop a high-performing team within enrollment operations, including responsibility for hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Care Delivery, Clinical Operations, Practice Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, L1 Support, and Product Operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless member handoffs across teams and systems.
• Service Experience Stewardship: Ensure the member’s first experience with Twin Health clinically and operationally—is timely, smooth, and effective. Anticipate and remove points of failure in service execution.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use operational data to continuously refine processes and track the impact of interventions aimed at improving conversion and reducing drop-offs. Work closely with the Conversion analytics team to ensure all metrics are clearly defined, measured, and forecasted.

Qualifications

• Service Experience: Motivated by improving the member experience; proactively identifies points of friction and works to make processes smoother, faster, and more effective
• 2–4 years of experience in program management, conversion operations, project management, or a similar coordination-heavy role
• Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping details
• Strong cross-functional communicator who can work effectively across Operations, Technology, Analytics, and Care teams without formal authority
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira strongly preferred) and comfort building and maintaining structured campaign tracking systems
• Comfortable with performance data — able to read a dashboard, spot anomalies, and communicate what the numbers mean to stakeholders without requiring a data team to translate

Responsibilities

Qualifications 

• 8-10 years of experience as a system designer. 
• Experience: A proven track record as a Principal Designer who has successfully built a 0–1 design system or led a massive overhaul of an existing one at scale within a top-tier, fast-paced tech environment.
• Visual & Systems Excellence: An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates exceptional execution and visual craft, inextricably linked with deep, scalable, and systematic thinking.
• Multi-Platform Architecture: Experience designing scalable systems that translate seamlessly across Web desktop, native iOS and Android, understanding the unique technical constraints and native interaction patterns of each.
• Deep Accessibility Expertise: Thorough knowledge of WCAG standards and a proven track record of baking accessibility and inclusive design principles into the core of a design system from day one—because building for the good of human beings means building for everyone.

Qualifications 

• Uncompromising Craft & Experience: 5+ years of UX/product design experience. Your portfolio must be a masterclass in both exceptional visual craft and in-depth product design thinking, showcasing complex problems solved elegantly.
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years designing complex user interfaces for healthcare, enterprise, or internal clinical tools. Experience collaborating directly with clinical teams on their workflows is strongly preferred.

As a Quality Assurance and Data Analyst, you will drive operational excellence by bridging the gap between technical billing configurations and high-level data insights. You will safeguard financial integrity through rigorous compliance auditing and ERP reconciliations, while leveraging advanced analytics to monitor billing KPIs and automate workflows. This role offers the opportunity to shape scalable billing strategies and translate complex healthcare data into actionable improvements for a mission-critical revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Perform technical configurations of billing systems in accordance with payer contract requirements, specifications and fee schedule 
• Develop a redundant validation process to ensure accuracy of monthly billing activities
• Develop billing operations SOPs and policies in compliance with standard and local healthcare laws and in accordance with contractual agreements 
• Ensure accuracy of cash applications processes by conducting regular reconciliations of ERP and billing systems
• Conduct regular post billing audits to proactively identify gaps in billing processes
• Ensure currency and accuracy of billing operations guidelines based on latest payer requirements and policy changes 
• Collaborate with customer experience, product and data integrations teams in identifying and implementing opportunities for automation to support reliable and scalable billing operations processes 

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare and validate monthly billing reports and statements in a timely manner to ensure accurate and on time billing 
• Develop and maintain billing operations KPIs (DSO, clean claims rate, denials and bad debt rate) to track performance success and trends 
• Develop SLAs and benchmarks in providing billing related service requests to measure customer success and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from internal and external customers in adherence to contract SLA’s
• Lead investigation and research of billing inquiries and disputes by performing data and root cause analysis
• Translate complex, large, healthcare data sets into clear reports to provide actionable insights
• Develop and maintain process repository for organizing and storing billing related data 
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams in developing financial reporting requirements related to billing 

Qualifications

• Advanced Data Analytics: Proficient in SQL and Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables) to query large healthcare datasets and translate them into clear, actionable reports and financial reconciliations.
