The Manager, Performance and Employee Engagement owns two critical functions that drive how Transcarent develops and listens to its people: performance management and employee engagement. You will design and execute our performance review process, manage talent planning efforts, and run the employee listening programs that help us understand what our people need to thrive. 

This role requires someone who is highly organized, thrives in ambiguity, and can manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders. You will be a trusted consultant to People Business Partners and leaders across the organization, helping them understand their data and take meaningful action. You should be excited about leveraging AI to make performance management more efficient and impactful, and you should be passionate about using employee feedback to make Transcarent the best place to work. 

What You'll Do 

Performance Management 

• Own the execution and project management of Transcarent's performance review process end-to-end 

• Drive AI enablement of performance management—identifying opportunities to leverage AI tools that increase efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and improve the quality of feedback and development conversations 

• Manage the performance review calendar, communications, training, and system configuration to ensure a seamless experience for employees and managers 

• Partner with People Business Partners and leaders to ensure the process drives meaningful performance conversations and development outcomes 

• Continuously improve the performance management approach based on feedback, best practices, and organizational needs 

Talent Management 

• Manage talent management programs including top talent reviews, succession planning, and talent calibration sessions 

• Partner with leaders and People Business Partners to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees 

• Track and report on talent planning metrics, providing insights that inform workforce and succession decisions 

• Maintain talent data integrity and ensure leaders have the information they need to make talent decisions 

Employee Engagement & Listening Programs 

• Manage Transcarent's biannual employee engagement survey from design through execution and action planning 

• Build and configure surveys in the platform ensuring questions align with organizational priorities and drive actionable insights 

• Develop and execute participation strategies that drive best-in-class response rates across the organization 

• Analyze survey results and build executive-level presentations that translate data into clear, compelling narratives 

• Act as a consultant to People Business Partners and leaders, helping them understand their results and develop meaningful action plans 

• Build feedback loops that track progress on action plans and demonstrate how employee feedback is driving change 

• Manage employee listening touchpoints across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding surveys, exit surveys, and pulse checks 

• Identify trends and themes across listening channels and surface insights that help Transcarent continuously improve the employee experience

• 7+ years of experience in performance management, employee engagement, talent management, or a related People/HR function 

• Demonstrated experience designing and executing performance review processes at scale 

• Experience managing employee engagement surveys, including survey design, analysis, and action planning 

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities 

• Track record of translating data into insights and recommendations for leaders

Reporting to the SVP, Finance, the Senior Director, Pricing will lead Transcarent’s enterprise pricing strategy, serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership across Finance, Sales, Product Solutions, and Sales Operations. This role is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving pricing frameworks that balance growth, profitability, competitiveness, and value delivery across Transcarent’s products and services. 

The Senior Director, Pricing will bring rigor, transparency, and scalability to pricing decisions, enabling data-driven tradeoffs, consistent deal execution, and long-term margin expansion in a rapidly growing healthcare technology environment. 

What you’ll do 

Lead Enterprise Pricing Strategy & Governance 

• Lead a central deal desk function that enables consistent, disciplined pricing decisions. 
• Define and evolve enterprise pricing frameworks that balance profitability, competitiveness, and customer value across ASO, value-based care, and SaaS-like pricing constructs. 
• Own pricing governance, including approval flows, pricing guardrails, documentation, and ongoing auditability. 

Drive Strategic Deal Structuring & Execution 

• Support sales teams on complex or non-standard deal pricing — creating flexible yet disciplined approaches that protect unit economics and accelerate close rates. 
• Develop margin-centric playbooks, concession matrices, and pricing decision tools for quota-carrying field teams. 

Modeling, Insights & KPI Strategy 

• Partner with Strategic Finance to build robust pricing models (PMPM, bundles, usage-based, value-based, outcome-linked pricing). 
• Define pricing KPIs and dashboards to monitor function productivity and inform leadership decisions. 
• Lead scenario analysis (“what-if” modeling) for strategic initiatives, new offerings, and market expansions. 

Cross-Functional Enablement 

• Collaborate with Product, Clinical/Actuarial, Legal, FP&A, and RevOps on pricing approaches for product launches, renewals, and contractual innovations. 
• Align pricing strategy tightly with corporate financial goals and unit economics targets. 

Team Leadership & Capability Building 

• Mentor and scale a high-performing pricing team. 
• Promote pricing discipline and analytic rigor throughout the organization. 
• Improve pricing tools and tech stack to automate insights and self-serve analytics. 

What we’re looking for 

• 12+ years of progressive experience in pricing strategy, strategic finance, revenue strategy, deal desk leadership, or related roles — ideally in high-growth SaaS, healthcare technology, or B2B enterprise environments. 
• Proven leadership in developing and executing pricing strategies that support both growth and profitability 
• Demonstrated leadership of pricing governance, frameworks, and operational rigor at scale. 
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build pricing models and articulate tradeoffs between margin, competitiveness, and value. 
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to evaluate tradeoffs across margin, competitiveness, and customer value 
• Comfort with financial modeling, pricing analytics tools, CRM/CPQ platforms, and advanced Excel 
• Experience working cross-functionally between various stakeholders and influencing senior executives decisions through clear, and data-driven insights 
• Ability to partner with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal to align on strategy and decisions. 
• Excellent communicator and storyteller — able to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required 
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

• Background in healthcare or digital health pricing, including employer-sponsored pricing, value-based care, or clinical cost modeling.

About this role 

We are looking for an AP Manager to join the company’s Corporate Accounting team and support the company’s continued growth. You will lead efforts to strengthen accounts payable controls and streamline processes to support our operational efficiency and reporting requirements as the business scales. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will oversee the end-to-end AP function, ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments, enhance internal controls, and support month-end close activities related to payables, including accruals and reconciliations. 

What you’ll do 

• Manage and develop the Accounts Payable team, including hiring, training, and performance management  
• Oversee end-to-end AP process including invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payment processing  
• Ensure timely payment of vendors in accordance with payment terms  
• Monitor aging reports and resolve discrepancies  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP 
• Support external audit requests 
• Oversee 1099 reporting and compliance 
• Optimize AP workflows and automation tools (e.g., ERP, AP software)  
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and mitigate risk  
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline procurement-to-pay processes 
• Ensure accurate AP accruals and support month-end close  
• Provide reporting and analysis related to payables and cash disbursements
