We are seeking a Marketing Production Design Contractor to support the execution of high-volume marketing materials across multiple clients. This role focuses on customizing and preparing marketing assets using established templates and brand systems.
The Contractor will assist with producing client-specific versions of marketing materials including emails, digital ads, flyers, and direct mail pieces. Work involves making detailed updates within existing layouts and preparing clean, production-ready files for both digital and print use.
This role provides hands-on experience working in a high-volume marketing production environment where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential. The position is well suited for someone interested in marketing production, asset creation, or design operations.

Role Overview
As a key contributor at Transcarent, you will play an essential role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your daily responsibilities will include reporting and analysis to assist our leaders in meeting corporate utilization targets. By collaborating closely with stakeholders across various teams, you will gain insights into member needs, service utilization, and the operational factors influencing health outcomes. This role offers exposure to all of the non-clinical operational areas Transcarent, providing a comprehensive understanding of our business operations.
A Day in the Life…
* Data Reporting & Analysis: Use Tableau and SQL skills to monitor utilization data, flagging performance concerns, and analyzing potential solutions.
* Member Feedback Review: Analyze CSAT & NPS comments to identify patterns and potential causes of negative sentiment, helping to inform improvements in service delivery.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with leaders and Ops stakeholders to review performance metrics, escalation data, and identify action points for improvement.
* Testing & Development: Work alongside the Analytics lead to test new apps or changes in existing applications, ensuring they meet standards before publication.
* Back Office Engagement: Collaborate with the Back Office team to identify potential solutions for engaging members in creative ways.

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or a related field.

Transcarent is looking for an experienced product marketer to join our team on a contract basis and own pharmacy benefits go-to-market for a critical engagement. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role for someone who knows the PBM space deeply and can get to work fast.
