Transcarent is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for our data integration platform that powers the movement, validation, and transformation of enterprise healthcare data across the organization. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, AI, and enterprise healthcare and will be responsible for making complex data infrastructure reliable, scalable, and self-service for the teams and clients who depend on it.

You will be the primary product marketing resource for Transcarent's pharmacy solutions — including our transparent PBM offering and pharmacy-led navigation — working closely with Product, Sales, and Consultant Relations to sharpen our story, arm the field, and support active commercial priorities. 

This is a full-time contract role. We are not looking for someone who needs a long runway to get up to speed. The is a high visibility role and the right person will be immediately credible with buyers and consultants, have a strong command of the PBM and pharmacy benefits landscape, and be able to produce high-quality work with minimal hand-holding.

Role overview  

The Senior Director, Reseller Channel Sales reporting to Vice President, Reseller and Channel Sales is responsible for driving ASO client unit sales growth in existing Health Plan & Enterprise Channel relationships.   This individual contributor will establish and implement a playbook for optimizing growth of employer contracts sold through their assigned Health Plans and/or other channel partnerships.  Will guide, teach and assist Health Plan representatives to drive $4 million in ARR growth from new employer contracts through these relationships. 

A day in the life… 

• Develop and execute the strategy and playbook for driving new employer “unit” sales growth through assigned health plan and channel partnerships that collectively achieve $3.5+ million in ARR growth per year. 

• Build and maintain relationships with Sales leaders across your assigned Health Plan (HP) and Channel Partnerships 

• Develop and deploy new channel partnerships in coordination with the Strategy team and Executive Vice President of Health Plan and Enterprise Channel Business

About this role 

We are looking for an AP Manager to join the company’s Corporate Accounting team and support the company’s continued growth. You will lead efforts to strengthen accounts payable controls and streamline processes to support our operational efficiency and reporting requirements as the business scales. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will oversee the end-to-end AP function, ensure timely and accurate invoice processing and payments, enhance internal controls, and support month-end close activities related to payables, including accruals and reconciliations.
