Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure while contributing to architecture, security, and project-based initiatives. The role blends day-to-day IT support with infrastructure design and systems administration, requiring a versatile IT professional with both operational and strategic capabilities.

The IT Infrastructure Specialist ensures reliable, secure, and scalable systems across on-premise and cloud environments. This individual supports escalated technical issues, contributes to architecture decisions, and helps implement solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Success in this role is demonstrated through high system availability, secure and compliant environments, effective project execution, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure. This position requires a proactive, adaptable individual who can operate both as a hands-on technician and a strategic contributor.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect are highly desirable

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in an architecture or systems design role

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity best practices
• Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITAR, CMMC)
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware, and Windows Server
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, VLANs, WAN, Wi-Fi)

Job Responsibilities

IT Support & Operations

• Provide day-to-day IT support, including Service Desk coverage and resolution of escalated issues
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Perform system upgrades, device imaging, and patch management
• Support onboarding/offboarding and end-user system setup

Infrastructure & Systems Administration

• Administer, maintain, and monitor servers, networks, and infrastructure systems
• Support Active Directory, virtualization (VMware), and Windows Server environments
• Perform network maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS)

Architecture & Strategy

• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise architecture standards and guidelines
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies for adoption
• Assist in long-term infrastructure planning and roadmap development

Implementation & Governance

• Support solution design and implementation to ensure alignment with architectural standards
• Maintain architecture documentation, system diagrams, and technical standards
• Ensure systems meet performance, scalability, and disaster recovery requirements
• Participate in change management and governance processes

Security & Compliance

• Incorporate cybersecurity best practices into infrastructure and system design
• Support vulnerability management, patching, and endpoint protection
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (ISO, NIST, ITAR, CMMC)
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on security initiatives

Other responsibilities, initiatives, and ad-hoc projects as required.

With a strong reputation for precision, innovation, and reliability, we're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Production Assembler to join our Redmond, WA location.

The Senior Production Assembler is responsible for performing complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly tasks with a high level of precision and minimal supervision. This role also provides guidance, training, and support to other assemblers and helps ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.

Minimum Qualifications 

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Advanced training in J-STD-001/IPC-620 standards

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in mechanical, electromechanical, or related assembly work.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment within aerospace, defense, medical, or electronics industries.

Knowledge:

• Working knowledge of basic assembly procedures. Previous knowledge of cable and wire harness assembly required.

Skills:

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• High proficiency with hand tools, measurement devices, and assembly equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor others.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems.
• Basic computer skills (ERP usage, data entry, documentation).

Job Responsibilities 

• Perform complex and detailed mechanical, electromechanical, and/or sub-assembly operations following engineering drawings, work instructions, and production travelers.
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and measurement devices as required.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist in resolving nonconformances.
• Train and mentor junior assemblers; provide technical support to the production team.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including production logs, inspection results, and material usage.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, including material pulls, cycle counts, and verification of part numbers.
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing initiatives, and process enhancements.
• Attend required trainings for program specific requirements.

Internal and External Relationships

This position interacts with production, quality, and engineering departments on a regular basis

Objectives / Scope

To define, implement and maintain a business development strategy for the group.

• Identify and deliver a sales pipeline to meet the business growth targets within defence, renewable and oil & gas markets
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships
• Expand the client portfolio into new markets and regions

Main Responsibilities

Interface and manage the sales pipeline from enquiry through to purchase order placement.

• Monitor and progress enquiry/sales order activities to collate data
• Provide marketing support and assist with business forecasting
• Business reporting on sales enquiries, market performance and opportunities, potential leads, success factor for obtaining new business and monthly KPIs to Head of Sales

Identification of immediate, medium and long term opportunities both within existing accounts and new business

• Proactively network both on and offline to generate new business
• Attend, manage and lead trade shows
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate new clients and leads
• Interface with sales team and international business partners, and follow up on any potential leads
• Presentation and demonstration of the company’s products and services including technical and support services to potential clients
• Understand the market and any gaps between our client’s needs and our competitors’ products

Win and close sales opportunities

• Liaise with the Internal Sales team and effectively hand over any orders. Ensure that all requirements are accurately recorded and acknowledged
• Achieve maximum conversion rates from quotations to orders, with adherence to the quotation follow up process
• Liaise with the wider business to provide customers with accurate information and quotations appropriate to their applications
• Input customer information from calls, visits, mails-shots etc, onto company databases immediately it becomes available
• Generate timely feedback on quotations with regular customer visits
• Qualify the technical and environmental requirements for the customer application

Sales performance reporting to the group

• Assist with training and job or product awareness for other staff within the company
• Maintain Group management behaviors practices and equal opportunity policy
• Comply with any environmental responsibilities as identified by the Group and communicated by your line manager that are relevant within your department
• Any other appropriate tasks that may be required to support the wider business

Skills base and experience
