What is this role like?
We're hiring a Software Engineer for our Infrastructure team — the backbone of everything Topsort runs on. This is not a supporting role. Infrastructure at Topsort is a first-class, mission-critical function. When our infrastructure is healthy, every retailer and marketplace our customers serve gets fast, reliable, and fair auction results. When it's not, we feel it everywhere.
You'll be building and owning the systems that power our real-time auction engine, API platform, and internal developer tooling — at a scale and reliability standard that leaves no room for sloppiness. We need someone who treats production like it matters, because it does.
What You'll Do
- Own the platform - Design, build, and maintain the foundational infrastructure that every Topsort product and engineering team depends on, from compute and networking to deployment and observability.
- Raise reliability - Define and enforce SLOs, build alerting systems that catch issues before customers do, and lead postmortems that actually prevent recurrence.
- Make deployments boring - Build CI/CD pipelines and deployment systems that are so reliable they're invisible. Automate the toil out of every release.
- Manage infrastructure as code - Own our cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) through Terraform or equivalent — no snowflake servers, no manual configuration drift.
- Enable developers - Build internal tooling and platform capabilities that make every Topsort engineer faster, safer, and more autonomous. Your customers are your colleagues.
- Harden security - Implement and enforce security best practices at the infrastructure level — secrets management, network policies, RBAC, supply chain integrity.
- Scale proactively - Capacity plan, load test, and tune our systems ahead of demand — not in reaction to a page at 2am.
- Participate in on-call - We take production seriously. You'll join the on-call rotation and be expected to respond, resolve, and document.
What We Think You Need to Be Successful
We’re open to candidates who don’t check every box but show strong potential.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, engineering or a related field from top schools
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience with a meaningful portion focused on infrastructure, platform, or SRE work
- Solid hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production — not a homelab, not a tutorial, but real clusters under real load
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or similar)
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems — you understand CAP theorem, eventual consistency, and failure modes before they happen
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar)
- Comfort with observability tooling — metrics, logs, traces — and the discipline to use them proactively
- A security-conscious mindset: you think about blast radius, principle of least privilege, and secrets rotation without being asked
You'll stand out if you have:
- Experience in high-throughput, low-latency systems (ad tech, fintech, real-time bidding, or similar)
- Familiarity with service mesh, eBPF, or advanced Kubernetes networking
- Experience with database infrastructure and data streaming
- A track record of improving developer experience and reducing time-to-deploy
- Experience at a high-growth startup where infra had to scale faster than the team

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and client-facing Software Engineers, Integrations focused to join our team at Topsort. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating real-world business needs into powerful, scalable product solutions. You’ll collaborate directly with sales, product, and engineering teams to support Pre-sales conversations - partner with sales to understand customer pain points, lead technical implementations with Topsort.
You will:
- Engage with Prospects & Clients: Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical conversations and run product demonstrations that align our platform’s capabilities with customer needs.
- Solution Design: Translate business challenges into feasible product configurations, data integrations, and implementation plans.
- Support RFPs and Security Questionnaires: Respond to technical and compliance-related questions in RFPs and trust questionnaires.
- Own the entire integration process – You won’t just be following instructions; you’ll be leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.
- Be the bridge between tech & customer success – Work directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to deeply understand their needs and ensure seamless API integrations. About the Role:
What You'll Do
- End-to-End Assessment of Toppie Display Ads: Run systematic technical audits across the full Toppie display ad stack — from bid request construction and auction participation through creative rendering, impression tracking, and reporting pipelines. Pinpoint discrepancies between expected and observed behavior, reproduce issues in controlled environments, and produce detailed findings that engineering teams can act on immediately.
- Map and Document Marketplace Constraints: Build and maintain a living technical reference of each marketplace's integration constraints — API rate limits, supported ad formats, auction mechanics, event tracking gaps, and reporting inconsistencies. Translate these constraints into concrete engineering guidance and flag blockers that require product or architectural decisions.
- Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical conversations with marketplace partners and internal stakeholders to validate integration assumptions and surface edge cases early. Run structured demos of Toppie's capabilities to align on what's technically feasible within each marketplace's environment, and feed those learnings back into implementation standards.
- Drive Integration Improvements: Not only flag issues but also own the path to fixing them. Identify recurring failure patterns, advocate for root-cause fixes over workarounds, and partner directly with product and engineering to spec and ship improvements.
- Build Automated Health Checks & Monitoring: Design and implement automated test suites and monitoring tooling that continuously validate Toppie integrations at scale. Define SLIs for integration health (latency, fill rate, event delivery accuracy), build alerting pipelines that catch regressions before they surface in campaign performance, and maintain runbooks for rapid triage.
What (we think) you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from top schools preferred
- 2+ years of experience in integrations engineering, ad tech, or a closely related technical domain

What Is This Role Like?
We are looking for a motivated and execution-focused Account Executive, based in LATAM (Mexico City, Mexico). Smart, hungry, high-horsepower builders who want to grow fast, take ownership, and solve complex problems in the retail media ecosystem. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment, requiring curiosity, ownership, and adaptability.
In this role, you will:
1. Drive Commercial Growth
- Own and exceed quarterly revenue quotas across assigned regions.
- Target retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps that match Topsort’s ICP.
- Build high-quality pipeline through outbound, events, workshops, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative networking.
- Bring hunter energy: disciplined prospecting, proactive follow-up, and competitive drive to win RFPs.
2. Full-Cycle Deal Ownership
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery → ROI narrative → demo → technical alignment → proposal → negotiation → contract.
- Engage multiple stakeholders: C-suite, Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft realistic timelines, technical feasibility, and commercial terms.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene, forecasting discipline, and weekly deal reviews.
3. Industry Expertise (Retail Media + Marketplace Tech)
- Become a retail media expert: monetization models, auctions, ad server logic, advertiser adoption, offsite vs onsite, GMV-linked revenue models.
- Understand competitor ecosystems (legacy ad servers, DSPs, RM networks) and articulate Topsort’s differentiation clearly.
- Identify market opportunities and advise customers with data-backed insights.
4. Product Mastery
- Know Topsort’s infra: auctions, ad server, optimizer, reporting, API capabilities.
- Explain technical concepts simply and confidently — “sell the why, translate the how.”
- Customize demos to customer maturity and business model.
- Integrate customer data to frame ROI, adoption uplift, and monetization impact.
5. High-Impact Relationship Building
- Develop senior-level relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Map accounts: champions, detractors, blockers, procurement, technical owners.

What is this role like?
We're looking for a driven, commercially sharp Account Manager to join Topsort's growing team. You'll own relationships with some of our most strategic clients — the marketplaces, retailers, and on-demand platforms that rely on Topsort's retail media infrastructure to power and monetize their ad products. You'll be the bridge between Topsort's powerful retail media infrastructure and the business outcomes clients are actually trying to achieve.
You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, guiding them through onboarding, optimization, and long-term growth on Topsort's platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's marketplace model, advertiser base, and monetization goals — translating that into actionable product usage and adoption strategies.
- Partner with clients on auction performance, relevance tuning, and sponsored ad strategy to help them drive measurable GMV and revenue impact.
- Lead QBRs and performance reviews grounded in real data — impressions, ROAS, fill rates, auction dynamics — and turn insights into clear next steps.

About the Role
What You'll Do
- Reporting: Own Toppie's core performance reporting layer. Define the metrics that matter, build reliable pipelines to compute them, and deliver dashboards that internal teams and external stakeholders can trust and act on.
- Campaign Automated Analysis: Design and implement automated analysis workflows that surface campaign performance insights without manual intervention. Think anomaly detection, automated summaries, and scheduled reports that keep stakeholders informed at scale.
- Data Room: Build and maintain a structured data room for Toppie — a single source of truth for performance data that can be shared with retailer partners and used in commercial conversations. Ensure data is accurate, well-documented, and consistently updated.
- Auction Reporting: Develop reporting that gives visibility into Toppie's auction dynamics — win rates, clearing prices, bid distribution, and competitive density. Help internal teams and partners understand auction behavior and use that understanding to improve outcomes.
- Trigger Performance: Analyze and report on the performance of Toppie's trigger mechanisms — understanding which triggers are driving campaign delivery, where performance is falling short, and what changes would move the needle.
What (we think) you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science) preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a product analytics, data analytics, or business intelligence role
- Strong proficiency in SQL — you can write complex queries from scratch and optimize them when needed
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or modeling is a meaningful plus
- Familiarity with ad tech concepts — auctions, CPM/CPC, impression tracking, campaign pacing — is highly valued
- Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or similar)
- Strong analytical instincts — you ask "why" before jumping to "what", and you know how to validate a hypothesis with data
- Clear, concise communicator — you can translate a complex finding into a one-paragraph summary for a non-technical stakeholder
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments where the data model is still evolving
