About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and client-facing Software Engineers, Integrations focused to join our team at Topsort. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating real-world business needs into powerful, scalable product solutions. You’ll collaborate directly with sales, product, and engineering teams to support Pre-sales conversations - partner with sales to understand customer pain points, lead technical implementations with Topsort. 

You will:

• Engage with Prospects & Clients: Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Own Technical Discovery & Demos: Lead technical conversations and run product demonstrations that align our platform’s capabilities with customer needs.
• Solution Design: Translate business challenges into feasible product configurations, data integrations, and implementation plans.
• Support RFPs and Security Questionnaires: Respond to technical and compliance-related questions in RFPs and trust questionnaires.
• Own the entire integration process – You won’t just be following instructions; you’ll be leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.

• Industry Experience: 1+ years in software development, managing integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech is a plus. etc.

• Proven ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success working directly with enterprise clients, understanding their operational realities and constraints.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
• Clear sense of ownership — you lead the solution from pre-sales design through implementation and post-sale success.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape customer-driven roadmaps.

4. Product Mastery

You'll own relationships with some of our most strategic clients — the marketplaces, retailers, and on-demand platforms that rely on Topsort's retail media infrastructure to power and monetize their ad products. You'll be the bridge between Topsort's powerful retail media infrastructure and the business outcomes clients are actually trying to achieve.

You will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, guiding them through onboarding, optimization, and long-term growth on Topsort's platform.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's marketplace model, advertiser base, and monetization goals — translating that into actionable product usage and adoption strategies.
• Partner with clients on auction performance, relevance tuning, and sponsored ad strategy to help them drive measurable GMV and revenue impact.
• Lead QBRs and performance reviews grounded in real data — impressions, ROAS, fill rates, auction dynamics — and turn insights into clear next steps.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, working closely with Topsort's product, engineering, and support teams to surface feedback and accelerate resolutions.
• Identify and drive upsell opportunities — whether that's expanding ad formats, increasing auction inventory, or unlocking new monetization surfaces.
• Monitor engagement signals and usage data to proactively flag risks and spot growth opportunities before they become urgent.

What (we think) you need to be successful – but we’re open to outliers too:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier academic institution (e.g., Ivy League, Oxbridge, top global business/engineering schools).
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, ideally in account management, consulting, or customer success.
• Strong interpersonal skills—you’re someone who can build trust quickly and manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and concise style.
• Strong analytical mindset—you can interpret product data and turn it into client strategy.
• Experience working in or with fast-paced tech companies, SaaS platforms, or marketplace ecosystems is a plus.
