The Technical Program Manager (TPM) leads cross-functional programs focused on IT hardware integration and delivery for enterprise clients.
As part of our Foundry integration team, you’ll manage programs that combine server, storage, networking, and infrastructure technologies into cohesive, customer-ready solutions. You’ll coordinate technical efforts across engineering, supply chain, warehouse, and production teams — ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
This role requires technical acumen, solid organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute hardware integration projects from concept through deployment, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Technical Coordination: Work closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and field teams to ensure alignment on requirements, integration specifications, and testing procedures.
Customer Interface: Act as a key liaison between technical teams and clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and addressing risks or issues proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive coordination among engineering, logistics, procurement, quality assurance, and operations teams throughout the program lifecycle.
Vendor Engagement: Partner with OEMs, component suppliers, and service partners to track deliverables, validate configurations, and support issue resolution.
Process & Quality Management: Maintain documentation, track program metrics, and ensure compliance with integration standards and quality controls.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements and best practices in program management and hardware delivery execution.
5+ years of experience managing technical programs or projects within IT hardware, infrastructure, or system integration environments.
Demonstrated success coordinating complex programs that involve multiple hardware and infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking, etc.).
Strong understanding of hardware integration processes, validation testing, and release management.
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with AHEAD project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce).
PMP or Agile certification.
Experience in data center, cloud, or hybrid infrastructure deployments.
Familiarity with hardware lifecycle management (NPI, configuration control, change management).
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic, client-driven environment.

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, optimization and support of our core business systems as it relates to NetSuite and other ancillary systems integrated to/from NetSuite. This role involves working closely with the eTech Engineering team as well as business stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations and Revenue) to support and deliver solutions that meet the organization’s objectives. You will provide critical technical support and implement system enhancements that drive our business forward.
System Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of NetSuite. This includes roles and permissions, managing reporting and Saved Searches, and maintaining system controls to support our financial and operational processes.
Customization & Automation: Design, build and maintain customizations for our financial and operational modules. Create and manage workflow and SuiteScripts (JavaScript) to assist in automating and streamlining processes. Configure and maintain workflows, custom fields, custom records, scripted logic, and saved searches to support business processes.
Stakeholder Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Support tickets coming in as they relate to NetSuite and other ancillary systems. Provide user training, how-to documentation, and best practices to increase NetSuite adoption and self-service.
Process Improvement and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including business workflows, system configurations, and user guides
Month-End Support: Be a key resource in our financial month close process to help assist and troubleshoot processes within our NetSuite environment
Integration Management: Design, build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other ancillary systems. Troubleshoot and resolve any integration errors in a timely manner to ensure data integrity.
4+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Consultant, or similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration: roles/permissions, workflows, custom fields/records, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
Solid understanding of accounting/finance processes (GL, AP, AR, revenue, billing, purchasing).
Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and release testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as UML, as well as tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification strongly preferred.
Experience with integrations (e.g., iPaaS tools, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus
