En ACT Group estamos construyendo el mercado de Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAE) en España desde cero. Como intern, tendrás una oportunidad poco común: participar en el desarrollo de un mercado emergente dentro del sector energético, combinando aprendizaje regulatorio, análisis técnico-económico y desarrollo de negocio B2B.

Formarás parte del equipo que impulsa esta nueva línea de negocio en España, apoyando tanto en el desarrollo comercial como en el análisis de oportunidades reales de eficiencia energética, siempre bajo la supervisión del equipo de ACT.

Tu Rol en Nuestra Historia

En esencia, tu función implica:

• Apoyar en la creación y expansión del negocio de CAEs de ACT en España, participando en el desarrollo de un mercado emergente desde sus primeras etapas.
• Colaborar en la identificación y análisis de oportunidades reales de generación de CAEs en sectores industrial y terciario.
• Investigar el mercado y mapear potenciales clientes, partners y oportunidades de negocio, incluyendo ingenierías, instaladores, ESCOs, agregadores, clientes finales y entidades públicas.
• Dar soporte en la construcción y mantenimiento del pipeline comercial de proyectos de eficiencia energética, contribuyendo al seguimiento de leads, oportunidades y próximos pasos comerciales.
• Apoyar en la evaluación preliminar técnica y económica de proyectos CAE, en coordinación con los equipos técnicos, operativos y comerciales.
• Preparar materiales comerciales, presentaciones, notas de mercado y propuestas preliminares para clientes y partners.
• Analizar marcos regulatorios relacionados con el Sistema CAE y ayudar a traducir conceptos complejos en insights claros, estructurados y accionables para el negocio.
• Colaborar en el desarrollo de la estrategia comercial de ACT Group para el mercado de Eficiencia Energética en España, aportando análisis, investigación y soporte operativo.
• Participar en proyectos transversales con equipos internos como ventas, operaciones, legal y dirección, contribuyendo a una ejecución fluida de las iniciativas.
• Apoyar en la preparación de reuniones, eventos, asociaciones y foros del sector, ayudando a posicionar a ACT como actor relevante en el mercado CAE.

Durante la pasantía, tendrás exposición práctica a:

• Cómo se construye un mercado energético desde cero.
• Los fundamentos del Sistema CAE y la regulación energética en España.
• Desarrollo de negocio en un entorno B2B técnico, regulado y en crecimiento.
• Identificación y evaluación inicial de proyectos de eficiencia energética.
• Análisis de clientes, partners y oportunidades en sectores industrial y terciario.

Tu Experiencia

Para tener éxito en esta pasantía, buscamos candidatos con las siguientes calificaciones y atributos:

• Estudiante actualmente matriculado/a en una universidad que pueda formalizar un Convenio de Cooperación Educativa o acuerdo equivalente de prácticas con ACT.
• Prioridad para estudiantes de Ingeniería, especialmente Ingeniería Energética, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Minas, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecánica o similar.
• También se considerarán perfiles de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Sostenibilidad, Energía, Medio Ambiente u otras áreas relacionadas, siempre que exista encaje con el contenido formativo de la práctica.
• Interés claro por el sector energético, la eficiencia energética, la sostenibilidad y los mercados regulados.
• Conocimientos básicos de eficiencia energética, mercados energéticos o análisis económico-financiero.
• Mentalidad analítica combinada con curiosidad técnica y orientación comercial.
• Proactividad, iniciativa y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico y en construcción.
• Capacidad para trabajar con información técnica y regulatoria, y traducirla en mensajes claros y estructurados.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y seguimiento.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa con equipos internos y externos.
• Dominio profesional de español e inglés.

Será un plus si además cuentas con:

• Conocimiento previo del Sistema CAE o de marcos regulatorios energéticos en España.
• Experiencia académica o práctica relacionada con eficiencia energética, servicios energéticos o sostenibilidad.
• Interés en desarrollo de negocio, ventas consultivas o estrategia comercial B2B.
• Conocimientos de Excel, PowerPoint, análisis de mercado o herramientas CRM.

Condiciones de la Pasantía

• Duración: 6 meses.
• Inicio previsto: Junio.
• Ubicación: España.
• Modalidad: A definir: presencial, híbrida o remota según acuerdo entre ACT, el/la estudiante y la universidad.
• Tipo de práctica: Prácticas académicas externas mediante convenio de cooperación educativa o acuerdo equivalente con la universidad del/de la estudiante.
• Universidades elegibles: La oportunidad está abierta a estudiantes de cualquier universidad, siempre que la universidad pueda formalizar el acuerdo de prácticas correspondiente con ACT.
• Responsabilidad del/de la estudiante: El/la estudiante será responsable de confirmar con su universidad que puede realizar prácticas externas y de iniciar la gestión del convenio o acuerdo de cooperación educativa necesario. ACT colaborará facilitando la información corporativa y firmando la documentación requerida cuando corresponda.
• Supervisión: La persona seleccionada contará con un tutor/a de empresa en ACT y, cuando aplique, un tutor/a académico/a designado por su universidad.

Votre rôle chez nous :

En lien direct avec le Team Lead Desk d’ACT Commodities France, vous serez en charge de développer notre activité, en développant votre propre portefeuille clients B2B.

Essentiellement, votre rôle consiste à :

• Prospection commerciale
• Identification de cibles dans les secteurs bailleurs sociaux et collectivités
• Evaluation des gisements CEE, cotation du montant des primes et signature de marchés
• Suivi de l’évolution des dossiers CEE
• Assurer le suivi client post transaction

Tu Experiencia:

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, ventas consultivas o roles comerciales similares.
• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería (energética, industrial, minas), Administración de Empresas, Economía o similar.

In essence, your role involves

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, structuring, and closing high-value deals that align with ACT Group’s strategic objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the sustainability landscape, a strong network of industry contacts, and a proven track record of successful deal origination in RECs, carbon credits, biomethane. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
