Description: A Senior Associate on the Corporate Communications team is an essential member of our account teams. A Senior Associate helps build strategic programs and communications initiatives to support Teneo's clients. This may include, but not be limited to, online and offline communications strategy, long-term and rapid response planning, and crisis management. A Senior Associate has experience in fields such as Corporate Strategy, Communications, Investor Relations, Government Affairs, and Public Relations. They will work with internal leaders to achieve outstanding service and function as a cohesive unit

Base Salary Range: $100,00- 130,00 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed). Total Compensation Package includes annualized bonus, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of additional benefits and rewards

Flexible Work Policy: Hybrid. Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three days per week.

Description
This role is designed to serve as Chief of Staff to Teneo’s Co-Head of Transactions and Strategic Situations / Head of IPO and Capital Market Advisory, based in New York.
The position is intended to serve as a core driver of one of Teneo’s fastest-growing practices, with broad exposure across leadership, clients and transactions, and increasing responsibility in helping to drive growth, coordination and overall performance of the platform.
The role will play a central part in shaping and executing strategic priorities, driving coordination across teams and ensuring the continued momentum of a rapidly growing platform. The Chief of Staff will support business development, client delivery and internal operations, acting as a key integrator across the practice and helping to translate leadership priorities into execution.

This role sits at the center of how Teneo’s U.S. Strategy & Communications business delivers for clients.
As Senior Staffing & Operations Manager, you will drive how teams are deployed across accounts — ensuring the right talent is aligned to the highest-priority work while optimizing utilization, team performance, and overall business efficiency.
You will partner closely with practice and account leaders to inform staffing decisions, provide visibility into capacity, and bring structure and insight to how the business operates at scale.

A Senior Vice President within Teneo is responsible for maintaining and building business relationships with clients and executing work programs. Senior Vice Presidents are highly motivated and dedicated individuals with significant experience leading accounts across all aspects of capital market communications and investor relations. The role requires a high level of experience in financial modelling analytics, with a preference for prior buy side / sell side equity analyst roles or investment banking experience.
