Roles and Responsibilities 

• Coach and develop Success Academy competitive club players under the guidance of the program’s playing philosophy;

• Assistant coach for a Success Academy team for all training sessions (we work in pairs when possible);

• Liaise with Head Coaches in age groups above / below to provide training opportunities and challenge players consistently;

• Liaise with program leadership to provide player & team performances as well as continued progress updates;

• Lead school based elective classes and provide support to the academic community;

• Build and maintain relationships with important program constituents and key stakeholders in order to promote the program and philosophy.

Team Management

About the Role

• Basic Office Support:

• Greet and check-in visitors following school security protocols, ensuring all guests are properly signed in and receive visitor badges.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to deliver requested supplies from the main office to classrooms or workrooms as needed.
• Monitor and restock frequently used office supplies, such as paper, pens, and forms (i.e. MAFs), to maintain a functional work environment.

• Troubleshoot basic scholar Chromebook issues and understand the system for distributing new technology, escalating more complex issues to the BOM or IT support.

• Facilities Support:

• Conduct routine facility checks of the school building as directed by the BOM.
• Ensure rapid acknowledgment of facilities slackbot issues and escalate them to the appropriate personnel (BOM or facilities team) according to established protocols.
• Walk through hallways, classrooms, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and free of hazards.

• General Support During Arrival & Dismissal:

• Serve as extra support by being present and observant during arrival and dismissal times, while adhering to the guideline of not assuming any leadership and/or scholar management responsibilities.

The Network Technical Theatre Supervisor is a high-impact, school-based role responsible for the creative vision, technical execution, and instructional quality of technical theatre across all Success Academy campuses. This role serves as the primary architect for set design and production quality, ensuring a professional and cohesive aesthetic across the network. Reporting to the Theater Program Manager, this individual will balance high-level network strategy with hands-on instruction and event production. This is a salary-based role that requires flexibility for evening rehearsals, weekend festivals, and travel between campuses and storage facilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary and logistically-minded individual to standardize and elevate the "Success Academy Stage." You will be the primary designer for our flagship High School productions while simultaneously building the infrastructure that allows our Elementary and Middle School programs to thrive autonomously.

1. Production Design & Network Strategy

• High School Creative Lead: Oversee all technical designs and elements for the six HSLA (High School of the Liberal Arts) productions, with a specialized focus on professional-grade set design and construction.
• Strategic Oversight: Streamline production quality across the network. Ensure Elementary School (ES) productions are "autonomous and clean" while providing Middle School (MS) programs with design input and curated resources.
• Network Events: Serve as the technical director and lead designer for flagship events, including the Festival of the Performing Arts (March) and the Write it! Perform it! Theatre Festival (April).
• Budgetary Management: Execute technical theatre initiatives within set budgets, managing the procurement of goods and services for productions across the entire network.

2. Instructional Leadership & Scholar Development

• Classroom Instruction: Directly teach Stagecraft courses at the Bronx K-12 campus, modeling high-quality technical instruction.
• Curriculum Refinement: Consistently refine and update technical theatre lessons to be utilized across the network.
• Club Ownership: Own and manage the Technical Theatre Clubs at all High School locations, fostering a pipeline of scholar technicians.

Position Summary:

About the Role

The Assistant Principal role at Success Academy is a high-impact leadership position for educators who want to develop adults, strengthen teaching and learning, and drive outstanding student outcomes across an entire school. 

The role is fundamentally about people management to achieve high-quality learning for every student. The Assistant Principal takes full ownership of schooling and instructional excellence across multiple grade levels and content areas, developing and holding teachers accountable to meet and exceed Success Academy’s school quality standards. As a key member of the leadership team, the Assistant Principal has a deep understanding of the SA standard for excellence, communicates expectations with clarity, and acts quickly to improve adult practice through feedback and coaching.

With our rapid growth and commitment to operational excellence, Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking innovative School Business Operations Managers to join our School Operations Management team who understand that the foundation of great schooling starts with ensuring each of our schools are immaculate, joyful environments that promote learning. 

As the sole leader of operations within a specific Success Academy school, reporting to the Principal and Regional Operations Manager, our School Business Operations Managers serve as core members of the leadership team ensuring high levels of operational excellence every day, overseeing daily operations and managing a dynamic team of professionals to provide our scholars with an unparalleled educational experience. 

At Success Academy, we invest in talent development, supporting our staff to grow in their careers and expand their impact in service of our school communities and dual mission. As such, we require a 2-year commitment for all School Business Operations Manager candidates.

In this role, you will provide:

•  Management and Leadership: Managing a team of school operations professionals in overseeing all logistics for school-wide events, family communications, scholar information collection, purchasing, building partner relationships, technology, and inventory management; 

• System Creation and Management: Advocating for all policies, procedures, and communications across the school community to drive scholar outcomes;

• Financial Management: Managing the daily financial and business activities of the school, including budget creation, forecasting, reconciliation and record-keeping;

• Daily Operational Excellence: Ensuring operational excellence and high level of detail in all areas of operations, from scholar safety and health to school aesthetics; and

• Family Engagement and Advocacy: Establishing and maintaining successful relationships within all members of the school and building partners to drive the goals of our school community and dual mission.
