Business Operations Manager
The Business Operations Manager is responsible for the execution and coordination of financial operations, corporate governance, compliance, and business administration activities to ensure effective organisational control, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency. This role supports the full business support lifecycle, including financial management, reporting, compliance monitoring, risk management, and administrative governance, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Maintain financial records, reporting structures, and statutory documentation
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies
Support financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings
Assist with cash flow management, working capital tracking, and cost control
Maintain payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
Support implementation and maintenance of financial systems and reporting tools
Ensure adherence to corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures

This role supports the full service delivery lifecycle, including project coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational support, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes across client engagements.
Responsibilities:

The Workforce Experience & Development Specialist is responsible for the execution and delivery of workforce-related activities, including training coordination, employee and contractor experience, HR operations support, workforce mobility, and compliance processes. This role ensures a high-quality workforce experience across the full lifecycle, supporting employees and contractors deployed across client projects while maintaining compliance with organisational standards and international regulations.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of workforce training and development programs
Deliver employee and contractor engagement initiatives and support activities
Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and internal procedures
Support payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR systems maintenance
Coordinate contractor onboarding, deployment, relocation, and offboarding
Assist with visa applications, work permits, and international mobility processes
Support security vetting and clearance application processes
