Black Ink Presents is seeking a highly motivated, high energy Assistant Manager to help support a fast-growing team. The position is a hybrid position with office time, work from home, and significant travel domestically and internationally. This position is based in Denver, Colorado and reports directly to the Manager of Touring Operations and VP of Touring Operations.

Black Ink Presents is a live entertainment company specializing in creative direction, design, and production management solutions for concerts, tours, special events, and immersive experiences. Black Ink has mastered the art of producing “live-to-film” experiences in which a full orchestra performs a film score live, synced with a screening of the film or other media. Live-to-film highlights include: Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, Disney’s The Little Mermaid, The Nightmare Before Christmas featuring original vocal cast, Rocketman with Elton John, La La Land, Whiplash, Labyrinth, Hook, The Evil Dead, Joe Hisaishi Symphonic Concert, The Goonies, and Ghostbusters.

What you'll do:

• Travel a minimum of twice a month to service Black Ink’s one-off shows in a technical director role.
• Advance production details on assigned one-off and touring shows, ensuring all production information is current and accurate.
• Oversee stage, sound, lighting, and video setup, ensuring all technical elements meet the shows specifications as discussed on production advance.
• Monitor audio, lighting, and video quality during performances to provide real-time adjustments for best audience experience.
• Responsible for quality control and maintenance of Black Ink touring playback equipment, tracking its usage and advising on replacements as needed.
• Responsible for show asset tracking ensuring latest Qlab and Mainstage show files and assets are accounted for, loaded onto correct playback equipment and also stored on Black Ink server.
• Work with Manager of Touring Ops to maintain and organize show production documentation, including advance sheets, stage plots, input lists, etc.
• Coordinate travel, accommodations for Black Ink crew as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, clients, and vendors to facilitate future collaborations and streamline the production process.
• Additional work as assigned.

Who you are:

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a technical role in live entertainment
• Strong knowledge of live production elements including audio, video, and lighting being able to speak the language during advances and onsite
• Positive attitude and ability to interact comfortably and effectively with other team members at all levels including Senior Management as well as external partners and clients
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to keep calm under pressure, while prioritizing effectively and following through on all assignments
• Ability to work on multiple projects and produce high-quality work under tight schedules
• Passion for and knowledge of live events is a must
• Organizational skills with astute attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• Knowledge of orchestras is a plus
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Proficiency in MacOS, Qlab and MainStage software is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite is a must.
• Additional software skills is a plus (Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Valid US Passport is a must

We are looking for a Manager, Marketing, Film & TV to join our Soundtracks Marketing team.  

What you'll do:

• Drive day-to-day marketing and project management across film and TV soundtracks, present detailed marketing campaigns on top tier projects for partners/IP owners, analyze what’s working (or not) and being able to pivot based on performance.
• Work with internal partners and high-profile external partners to create integrated campaigns from start to finish across digital, social and offline platforms.
• Are comfortable working solo and co-leading projects with a variety of IP-driven soundtrack projects, working with licensors, artist managers, creative partners, publicists and our digital strategy & content colleagues.
• Oversee campaign asset creation, presentation decks, timelines & meta data optimization
• Participate in creative planning to create big marketing ideas and ensure a continuous flow of content 
• Collaborate closely with digital and commerce teams to formulate and implement digital advertising plans, social media rollouts and DSP advertising campaigns.
• Manage budgets and communicate campaign statuses including sales performance, with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Champion existing processes and initiate new ideas around campaign development to streamline execution.
• In collaboration with digital strategy colleagues, drive soundtrack visibility through social media, influencer partnerships, giveaways and fan accounts. Together you will interpret results and report campaign initiative performance to internal stakeholders and identify process optimization opportunities, if any. 
• Come to the table with disruptive marketing ideas and inspire innovation across the team, especially in the digital sphere.
• Strategize release planning and anticipate project needs in advance of deadlines.
• Candidate will also contribute to creating IP pitch decks and senior level executive presentations.

Who you are:

• 4-6 years' experience in a marketing position in the music industry or broader entertainment space.
• Strong proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (X, Meta, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.) as strategic marketing tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication and analysis skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Ability to forge excellent internal communication with team members as well as build excellent internal and external professional working relationships.
• Candidates should be creative, innovative, detail-oriented and resourceful.

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Content and Social Strategy Marketing, Film & TV to join our Soundtracks Marketing team.

What you'll do:

• Lead social media copywriting, brand voice, and community management across platforms, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and fan-first engagement.
• Own the management and ongoing optimization of multiple social profiles, actively engaging fans and growing vibrant online communities.
• Optimize and monetizes audio/video metadata and sounds with a strong understanding of SEO and optimally GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to maximize discoverability in AI-powered and traditional search environments.
• Leads the overall social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels
• Prepare clear, insightful reports for executives, external partners, IP stakeholders, and project leaders.
• Analyze performance across posts, sounds, channels, engagement, newsletter segmentation, and overall audience reach to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Demonstrate fluency in fan-created content, grassroots campaigns, and community-driven storytelling.
• Stay ahead of platform updates, cultural moments, and emerging trends, applying strategic judgment to reactive and real-time content opportunities.
• Creates compelling UGC and organic content from screenings, events, activations, and pop-culture moments.
• Brings deep fluency in the digital media ecosystem, including KPIs, impressions, CTR, CPMs and engagement metrics.
• Track competitive activity on an ongoing basis and proactively shares insights with the broader department.
• Develop clear, effective briefs for external agencies and collaborates on multi-faceted social campaigns.
• Partner closely with marketing leads to review campaign strategies, maximize cross-platform impact, and ensure timelines, plans, and opportunities are clearly communicated.
• Track and reports on campaign performance with actionable recommendations for optimization, iteration, and improvement.
• Build and maintains strong internal and external relationships that encourage collaboration, accountability, and constructive feedback.
• Translate influencer campaign data into actionable insights that inform strategy, creator selection, and content optimization.
• Owns and manages the social media calendar, planning and forecasting content weeks to months in advance.

Who you are:

• Have 4-6 years of hands-on experience developing content for social media accounts + running point on digital campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Prior experience in entertainment, film/TV, music, or media environments is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite programs including Photoshop – to create new visually captivating basic content in a short timeframe
• Strong experience briefing creative consultants and agencies to produce attractive, effective content, with the ability to guide concept development, oversee execution, and ensure deliverables support broader digital and social campaign strategies.
• Experience using CapCut and Edits
• Proven track record working with social media agencies, influencers and external content creators including fluency with negotiation and deadlines
• Experience with web analytics tools and managing ad platforms in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Tik Tok for Business, etc.
• Fluency in paid and organic social-understanding how content, media, and platform algorithms work together to drive performance
• Strategic thinker with a creative POV and clear understanding of what makes content resonate on social media platforms
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with un-prompted follow-through
