Seneca Technologies is looking to hire an IT Property Custodian to support our Air Force client at Goodfellow AFB in Texas.

This position requires an active DOD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Be responsible for the accountability of all IT hardware and software assets assigned to their unit.
• Ensure IT hardware and software assets are inventoried according to the Information Technology (IT) Hardware Enterprise Inventory Plan defined in AFMAN 17-1203 Information Technology Asset Management.
• Perform out-of-cycle inventories as directed.
• Monitor the acquisition, storage, utilization, and disposition of IT property within assigned accountable area.
• Identify underutilized, impaired, or obsolete property and take appropriate actions to increase utilization or ensure disposition
• Develop physical inventory plans and procedures, schedule physical inventories, and assist in their completion
• Follow guidance or notify Base Equipment Custodian Officer (BECO) on all shipments (incoming and outgoing), transfers, donations, or turn-ins of excess assets
• Complete all required custodian account documentation
• Complete all required annual, refresher, and ancillary training
• Maintain 100% accountability of all assigned assets
• Maintain proper classification marking and regulated distance on all classified IT equipment
• Perform limited movement of furniture to access power or network wall jacks

Basic Qualifications: 

• Active DOD TS/SCI clearance
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• 1 year of direct, relevant experience in the military or as a civilian or contractor
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Seneca Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to support operational reporting and stakeholder needs within a federal financial environment. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, executives, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective data and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational, executive, and compliance-related reports to support decision-making and oversight.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries using InterSystems Caché SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data.
• Work extensively with the Artiva software debt collections platform to support reporting, analytics, and operational insights.
• Engage with business users and executive stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for software developers and technical teams.
• Provide ongoing stakeholder support by responding to data requests, explaining analytical results, and ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Contribute to the development process, including testing, validation, and collaboration on data-related enhancements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to organizational and federal standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• Five or more years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, specifically InterSystems Caché SQL.
• Demonstrated experience producing a wide range of reports, including operational, executive, and compliance or regulatory reporting.
• Required experience with the Artiva debt collections platform.
• Proven ability to work directly with business users and executives to gather and refine requirements.
• Experience communicating business requirements to software developers and technical teams.
• US Citizen and able to pass security clearances as required for Government contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Seneca Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Developer to support a program within a federal financial environment. This role focuses on developing, enhancing, and maintaining the Artiva software platform to meet evolving client requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with both technical teams and end users to design and implement solutions that improve workflow performance, system functionality, and overall operational efficiency. A key aspect of this position is collaborating with clients to optimize how Artiva is implemented and utilized, ensuring the platform effectively supports their business processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions within the Artiva platform based on documented business and technical requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions, applying sound development practices and logical problem-solving techniques.
• Create detailed solution design documentation for Artiva implementations to support customer understanding, system maintainability, and efficient deployment.
• Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to optimize Artiva workflows and configurations, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system implementation activities including configuration, integration, and deployment support.
• Develop and execute acceptance testing plans, troubleshoot defects, and implement corrective solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
