As a Partner SE Intern, you will be the technical engine-in-training for our partner team, focusing on mastering the SentinelOne platform and learning how to deliver high-impact demos and Proof of Values ‘PoVs’. You’ll team up with our experienced SEs to show partners and end customers exactly how our platform works and the value it brings to organizations. Your journey will focus on three core areas: achieving platform expertise, mastering the art of the technical demo, and supporting live PoV engagements.

What Will You Do?

Primary responsibilities include:

• Support the Partner SE Team: Work alongside our SEs to help identify new opportunities, expand current partners, and learn ways to overcome technical hurdles for our partners.
• Master the Demo: Learn to deliver technical product walkthroughs and positioning the SentinelOne platform
• PoVs: Assist in setting up and running Proof of Value (PoV) engagements where we prove our platform’s effectiveness in a partner/end customer’s environment.
• Improve the Platform: Listen to partner and customer feedback during sessions and share those insights with our product teams to help make SentinelOne even better.
• Build Training Material: Help create and update the technical guides, lab environments, and "how-to" content that our partners and customers use to get up to speed.
• Shadow and Grow: Participate in partner meetings and technical calls to learn and develop as an SE

This role is part of our Summer 2026 Internship Cohort, running June 8 – August 14, 2026.

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

Ideal candidates will have: 

• Technical Foundation:
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge: A strong understanding of the modern threat landscape, modern security tooling leveraged, basics of endpoint, identity, cloud, SIEM, and AI security concepts.
  • Cloud Basics: Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and an interest in how modern tech like containers (Docker/Kubernetes) or serverless computing works.
  • Developer: Bonus points if you are fluent in common programming languages.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Technical Storytelling: The ability to explain a complex technical concept clearly and confidently, whether you're writing a guide or giving a live demo.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: A natural ability to work across different teams (like Engineering, Marketing, and Sales) to gather information and get a project across the finish line.
  • Partner Mindset: An interest in technical sales helping external partners or customers understand the value of a product and how it fits into their business.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will act as a technical architect across the UK, leveraging expertise in EDR, SIEM, or Cloud Security to design tailored defenses with our autonomous AI platform. You’ll lead the full technical lifecycle from high-stakes demos and exploit analysis to Proof of Concepts that showcase our architecture against real-world threats. Serving as a bridge between customers and product engineering, you’ll translate telemetry and market insights into continuous innovation, keeping our platform ahead of advanced adversaries.

What will you do?

• Work closely with our sales team to design and propose security solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers across UK
• Apply technical and commercial expertise to address diverse and medium-complexity cybersecurity challenges, exercising judgment to creatively resolve issues and anticipate potential problems.
• Collaborate with the channel, covering partner networks and engaging with selected enterprise customers.
• Develop and showcase a deep understanding of products and solutions, aligning technical solutions with customer needs and pain points.
• Lead the Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle, from delivering demos to technical closing, demonstrating problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding product features and market trends, contributing to continuous improvement.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

• Fluency in English  is required
• 3 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales within the cybersecurity industry
• Demonstrable experience in objection handling and positioning against competitive technologies
• Demonstrable experience speaking to both small and large audiences
• Use concise written and oral communication skills to effectively lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations with both executives and technical audiences
• Must have demonstrable experience successfully selling to large customers
• Provide 1st and 2nd-level technical support throughout the sales cycle. Must have good knowledge of hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, detection evasion techniques, notable malware and anti-malware solutions and techniques.
• Team-focused approach and positive attitude are a must
• Experience working in the field of computer forensics, security architect, penetration/red teamer, or incident responder is a plus
• High level of technically savvy, passionate to learn and use new/emerging technologies (Endpoint, Mobile & Cloud)
• Excellent presentation skills, able to coordinate and facilitate security workshops/demos to technical members
• Strong ability to communicate with CxO-level, technical, and non-technical team members
• Must work well independently / and with others as part of a larger EMEA team
