The Director, Technology Alliances & CSP Partner Sales is responsible for defining, expanding, and managing Saviynt’s strategic technology alliance ecosystem and leading our CSP engagement. This role combines strategic partner management, product-centric integration leadership, technical acumen, and CSP go-to-market execution to explain the value of technical integrations and joint GTM execution while building scalable routes to market through AWS, Azure and Google Cloud to deliver high-impact, revenue-generating partnerships with leading security and enterprise technology providers. This role will report to the SVP Business Development (Tech and Cloud Alliances) and align with the objectives of the SVP EMEA Sales.
This leader will drive both inbound and outbound alliance motions, spearheading technical integrations, joint solutions, co-selling frameworks, referral partnerships, enablement, and scalable revenue-generating programs that align with Saviynt’s platform vision and CSP revenue goals. You will help us design, build, and implement a successful regional plan and co-sell strategy aligned to our CSP revenue goals to reach customers and solve their identity security challenges.
As a key liaison between partners and internal teams, this role requires a mix of existing technical alliance relationships, CSP engagement experience, business development acumen, technical credibility, and relationship excellence.

Saviynt is seeking a strategic, high-energy marketing leader to lead our EMEA marketing organization and serve as a key member of the global Marketing Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for building and executing the regional marketing strategy across EMEA to drive pipeline growth, market awareness, customer engagement, and partner influence.
Reporting into global marketing leadership, this individual will lead a distributed regional team with direct reports across key EMEA markets including the UK, Northern Europe, DACH, Southern Europe, and the Middle East. Ensure regional programs effectively support enterprise sales motions and customer engagement objectives.

10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, including significant experience leading regional marketing organizations across EMEA within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
Proven track record building and executing pan-EMEA marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
Strong experience partnering closely with regional sales leadership and building highly aligned go-to-market relationships.
Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed international teams across multiple EMEA markets.
Deep expertise in field marketing, events, partner marketing, and enterprise demand generation.
Experience operating effectively within a global, matrixed organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
Strong analytical, operational, and budget management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presence.
Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or adjacent enterprise security markets strongly preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market models and regional market dynamics across EMEA.
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
