We’re looking for a Pre-Sales Specialist to join our Political, Advocacy & Agency team. This is a client-facing role that spans three distinct client types - political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and media agencies - each with their own goals, timelines, and ways of working. Fast-moving by nature, and genuinely varied.
What you'll be doing
You’ll be the engine behind our pre-sales process across political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and agencies - working closely with the sales team to turn client needs into compelling, data-backed solutions. That means getting into the details: designing audiences, building proposals, structuring budgets, and making sure every campaign we pitch is ready to run.

The work shifts throughout the year: political season brings intensity and pace, while agency work provides a steady, ongoing rhythm of client relationships and campaign planning. If you like variety and want to build expertise across more than one client type, this role has that built in.
This role sits within a small, collaborative pre-sales team. You'll work across sales, product, and research regularly - and you'll be a genuine subject matter expert for the political and advocacy vertical, not just a support function.

Position Summary
The Senior Business Systems Administrator is an individual contributor on the Business Systems team. This role is the primary owner of Salesforce administration and technical delivery across Resonate's integrated business systems stack, supporting Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing. The role operates independently on assigned projects - owning execution from initial planning through testing, deployment, and user training - while partnering with the Director of Business Engineering on priorities and stakeholder alignment.
