As a BDR, you’ll align with Sales and Marketing to prospect into strategic accounts and serve as a prospect’s first personal interaction with our company. As a Partner Marketing Campaign Manager you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing partner and channel marketing campaigns with a focus on strategic partners such as SAP and AWS, leveraging data-driven insights to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
4+ years of experience in channel marketing, integrated campaign management, or a related field
Digital and email marketing experience, preferably in B2B enterprise software/SaaS
Experience with CRM, ABM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, 6Sense, HubSpot)
Strong project management skills
Experience managing partner initiatives with SAP preferred but not required
Proven ability to execute innovative, multi-channel demand generation programs

We are seeking a GTM Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven tools, automations, and processes across the marketing department. This role is responsible for ensuring that our marketing organization leverages AI safely, efficiently, and creatively — from campaign automation to content production and analytics. Your mission is to move beyond standard "out-of-the-box" integrations to build a custom, high-velocity data fabric that connects our broad marketing stack into a cohesive revenue machine.
In this role, you will be an internal consultant working hands-on with our marketing team members to map their workflow into steps that can be automated with a combination of AI, automation tools such as Make.com or Workato, and point marketing AI tools such as Tofu, Regie.ai, RevSure, etc. You will deconstruct complexity and own the connectivity of our systems, turning raw signals into actionable revenue triggers.

Redwood Software is looking for a highly execution-focused Graphic Designer to power the day-to-day visual output of our marketing team. This role is all about scale, speed and consistency—turning established brand systems, messaging and strategy into polished, ready-to-use assets across campaigns, sales enablement and internal communications.
You’ll be a key production partner to Content, Demand Gen and Sales, with a strong emphasis on templates, decks, repeatable assets and AI-assisted design workflows. This is a great role for a designer who loves getting things done, thrives on efficiency and takes pride in clean, clear, high-quality execution.
Produce high-volume, high-quality design assets for campaigns, email, social, web, events and sales enablement
Own the creation and maintenance of presentation decks, templates and modular design systems (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Figma)
Design and update sales decks, customer presentations, one-pagers, solution briefs and internal templates
Apply and scale Redwood’s brand guidelines across all deliverables, partnering closely with the Senior Graphic Designer for alignment
Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate production, iterate quickly and streamline repetitive workflows (image generation, layout exploration, asset variations, etc.)
Adapt existing creative for new formats, audiences and channels with speed and precision
Manage multiple requests and timelines, balancing fast-turn execution with attention to detail

YOUR EXPERIENCE
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, including in SaaS or enterprise technology
A portfolio that demonstrates strong execution, layout discipline and real-world marketing assets (especially decks and templates)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
Hands-on experience designing presentation decks and enablement materials for sales or marketing teams with advanced Google Slides skills (master templates, complex layouts, charts)
Comfort using AI design tools (e.g., generative image tools, layout assistants, or creative automation platforms) to increase speed and efficiency
Strong attention to detail and file hygiene—you deliver clean, organized, ready-to-ship work
