The Senior Finance Operations Specialist is an experienced member of the Finance team responsible for the accurate and timely execution of assigned accounting workflows. This role requires a thorough understanding of the end-to-end accounting cycle, sound judgment in resolving transactional issues, and the ability to operate with a high degree of independence. The incumbent is expected to ensure the integrity of financial data within their assigned function, proactively identify and escalate discrepancies, and serve as a reliable resource in supporting operational efficiency and compliance.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected base compensation range for this position is: $70,000 to $80,000.
The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.

Role Overview
The Analyst, Financial Planning & Reporting is a key member of the FP&A function and supports consolidated financial reporting, management reporting, and enterprise-wide planning processes across Range Group and affiliated entities.
This role combines strong foundational financial acumen with systems capability and business partnership. The Analyst will support the preparation of consolidated financial statements (management view), assist in monthly and quarterly reporting packages, contribute to automation initiatives, and support ERP implementation and reporting architecture enhancements.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finance professional, working toward or interested in a CPA designation, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to build technical and business partnering skills.

Role Brief
We are seeking an experienced Senior BI Developer to help modernize our analytics platform while building executive reporting used by senior leadership.
We are currently transforming our analytics environment, migrating legacy SQL Server and Power BI Desktop reporting into a Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture to create a scalable and governed data platform.
This role combines executive dashboard development, forecasting analytics, and data platform modernization. The successful candidate will lead the migration of existing BI reporting into Fabric while developing curated datasets and KPI models that power executive reporting.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Analytics, this role sits at the intersection of business analytics and modern data platforms, translating business metrics into scalable Fabric-based semantic models that support executive decision-making and future AI-driven analytics capabilities.
