THE ROLE

THE ROLE

THE ROLE
Senior Manager, B2B Fulfillment Operations
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, B2B Fulfillment Operations to build and scale Quince’s dedicated B2B fulfillment and in-house decoration operations during a critical growth phase. Our B2B business sells bulk quantities of blank and customized Quince products for corporate swag and uniforms, and is scaling from mid eight-figure GMV today to nine-figure GMV in 2026.
In this role, you will build and optimize end-to-end B2B fulfillment and decoration workflows across Buena Park, CA and Hong Kong, taking operations from 0 to 1 and beyond. You will lead multi-site teams, define scalable processes, and partner closely with Engineering, the Decoration Program Lead, and cross-functional stakeholders to create a high-performance, multi-tenant fulfillment capability. This role is based in Buena Park, CA.
Success in this position means launching and scaling a dedicated B2B fulfillment engine that delivers 99%+ on-time and quality performance, drives continuous cost efficiency, and enables Quince to expand its B2B offering with operational excellence.
Build and scale the B2B fulfillment operation in Buena Park, CA, standing up a new warehouse workflow and in-house decoration capability from the ground up.
Launch and scale an in-house decoration facility capable of processing 10,000+ units per day within six months.
Oversee and expand the Hong Kong customization operation, scaling throughput while ensuring quality, consistency, and cost discipline.
Design and implement a dedicated B2B fulfillment process distinct from D2C, including inventory storage, picking, packing, and decoration workflows.
Lead and optimize in-house decoration operations (embroidery, screen-printing), managing on-site operations leaders.
Execute multi-tenant fulfillment operations to enable distinct packaging, value-added services, and future fulfillment-as-a-service capabilities.
Partner closely with Engineering to define and implement WMS and OMS requirements that support B2B complexity and scale.
Drive continuous improvement across labor productivity, throughput, quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
Define and track operational KPIs, including on-time delivery, quality assurance, shrinkage, same-day fulfillment, and unit economics (pick/pack/decoration cost per unit).
Lead capacity planning across labor and space as facilities scale from ~10K to 50K+ square feet and from 0 to 20K+ units per day.
Establish operating rhythms, reporting cadences, and scorecards to support rapid growth and operational excellence.
This role directly manages:
Hong Kong Operations Manager (decoration operations)
Buena Park, CA Operations Manager (to be hired; US decoration operations)
Required:
Proven experience building and scaling B2B warehouse or fulfillment operations in a high-growth environment.
Experience managing operational budgets and negotiating with vendors and service providers.
Experience overseeing multiple facilities, including rapidly scaling 10K–50K sq ft sites.
Deep understanding of warehouse operations from frontline workflows to WMS/OMS systems integration.
Strong systems thinker with experience partnering closely with Engineering on technical requirements.
Hands-on operator with the ability to design scalable processes while managing daily execution.
Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment five days per week.
Strong focus on quality, customer experience, and on-time delivery performance.
Preferred:
Experience managing operations across multiple countries.
Experience with value-added services such as decoration, kitting, customization, or contract finishing.
Experience building or scaling multi-tenant fulfillment models.
Strong background in continuous improvement and unit economics optimization.

Quince’s B2B team is building a world-class customer experience to match the quality, value, and ambition of our products. We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Experience & Enablement (B2B) to own and scale our Project Management function while building the enablement systems that allow our team to deliver consistent, high-impact service at scale.
This role will lead our Project Management organization, manage and develop a growing team of Team Leads and Project Managers, and be accountable for delivering exceptional outcomes including 4.8+ CSAT, same-day responsiveness, and operational consistency as the business scales from 8 to 9 figures in revenue.
This is a highly hands-on role with both strategic and operational ownership. You will define how customer experience is delivered at scale by building the playbooks, training, tooling, and performance frameworks that allow teams to execute with precision—without sacrificing quality. You will report to the GM of the B2B business and partner closely with Sales, Operations, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and our CRM team.
This role is ideal for a builder-leader who thrives in ambiguity, sets a high bar for service excellence, and knows how to translate customer expectations into repeatable team execution through strong enablement.
Lead and scale the B2B Project Management organization, growing the team from ~6 to 20+ FTEs as the business scales.
Develop a rigorous, flexible headcount and capacity forecast that accounts for projects of varying complexity.
Own end-to-end customer experience outcomes, including CSAT (4.8+), SLAs, responsiveness, and escalation resolution.
Design and implement the operating model for customer experience and project execution at scale.
Serve as the escalation owner for complex, high-impact customer issues, stepping in directly when needed.
Partner with Sales on customer handoffs and expectation-setting to ensure smooth post-close transitions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to proactively identify risks and resolve issues before they impact customers.
Design and own onboarding and training programs that ramp new Project Managers quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
Build and maintain CX and Project Management playbooks, templates, SOPs, macros, and automated responses with a unified, clear voice.
Translate process, tooling, and policy changes into clear, digestible enablement that improves execution and SLA adherence.
Establish role-based success behaviors and quality standards for Project Managers and Team Leads.
Create manager enablement toolkits (coaching guides, performance templates, calibration frameworks) to drive accountability and consistency.
Own knowledge management governance, including internal agent-facing documentation and external customer-facing FAQs to reduce contact rate.
Leverage AI, automation, and tooling to improve speed to competency, reduce cognitive load, and increase CX efficiency.
Establish and operationalize performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tied to CX outcomes and team effectiveness.
Create feedback loops that connect CSAT, QA, and customer insights to process, training, and tooling improvements.

8–12+ years of experience in customer experience, customer success, operations, enablement, or project management in a high-growth environment with high-profile or complex clients.
Proven experience leading and scaling 20+ person customer-facing teams, including managing managers or senior ICs.
Strong track record of owning CSAT, SLAs, or customer satisfaction metrics in $100M+ businesses.
Demonstrated ability to build enablement systems (onboarding, training, QA, knowledge management) that drive consistent performance at scale.
Highly operational mindset—you can design processes, define standards, and ensure execution with minimal oversight.
Technically fluent and tool-savvy; strong experience with HubSpot, Slack, Replit, dashboards, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
Exceptional people leader with experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

THE ROLE
Enterprise Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Account Executive at Quince, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing a portfolio of enterprise merchandise clients across industries including Finance, Legal, Sports, Media, and Entertainment. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to business development, relationship management, and ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic start up environment. Commission is uncapped, and top performers are rewarded accordingly. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Quince's product offerings and be able to represent the brand and drive meaningful sales growth across a variety of customers and industries.
This role reports to the Head of Sales and is a part of Quince B2B, an eight-figure business within Quince growing 6x year over year. You will join a team of Account Executives who have been in the seat for 1-2 years and are organized by region. You will be supported by the Head of B2B Marketing, a Revenue Operations Manager, a team of Project Managers, and the B2B teams inventory planner, as well as the Director of B2B Operations.

THE ROLE

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Quince is hiring a Operations Lead to launch and run our West Coast B2B decoration production operation. This is an in-person, on site role for a facility that will be open 5-7 days per week. You will report to the Sr. Mgr. of B2B Fulfillment to stand up a 5-10,000 foot decoration facility from scratch (embroidery, screen-printing, embossing) and own site performance including throughput, procurement, layout, training, cost, on-time delivery and quality. Your goal is to launch the decoration capability in 1 month and scale throughput to 10,000 units per day over the course of 6 months.
You will lead supervisors and operators and partner with internal Ops and IT teams, plus 3PL, logistics, and regional third-party decorators, to scale capacity and build a stable operating model.
