As a Sr. Measurement Partner, you'll assist our Sales team, Advertisers, and Agency partners in understanding and enhancing the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest. You'll serve as an advocate, strategist, and thought leader for ad measurement at Pinterest. At the intersection of Business and Product, we aid in driving advertiser performance and provide in-market feedback to our Product organization, influencing our ad and measurement solutions strategies. This position presents a unique opportunity to engage with senior-level executives on a strategic level and help shape the future of how brands advertise on Pinterest.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct and deliver measurement tests and analyses for Pinterest’s advertisers using a combination of internal and external measurement solutions
• Develop data-driven guidelines and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and scalability of performance measurement support
• Improve overall Sales and advertiser comprehension and adoption of measurement through training and education
• Collaborate closely with other Measurement partners globally to ensure alignment and consistency
• Help Sales articulate the Pinterest value proposition and handle objections using knowledge of measurement, AdTech and analytics
• Communicate complex measurement concepts to non-technical audiences and influence client measurement thinking
• Engage in strategic conversations with advertisers’ senior stakeholders to challenge and influence measurement practices
• Stay on top of current measurement approaches and technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to our clients

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of demonstrated digital ads measurement experience within a technology company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent experience
• Expertise with measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals leveraged in the ads measurement ecosystem, specifically, including media mix modeling, sales lift, geo match market tests, and brand/conversion lift
• SQL-based programming experience, ideally working with a marketing and/or ad effectiveness datasets 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data sources and turn numbers into actionable insights
• Ability to work-cross functionally, independently, with sales, product, and other members of the Partner Measurement team
• Experience communicating complex measurement concepts directly with Partners with a wide range of measurement sophistication

The Performance Solutions Lead will closely partner with cross-functional leadership in sales, product, and engineering. The Performance Solutions team sits within the Go-to-Market Operations & Solutions team. Performance Solutions delivers through strategic guidance, operational excellence and technical expertise to improve the effectiveness of advertising campaigns resulting in increased client ROI. We work to understand, innovate, and scale cross-functional workflows. We are responsible for measuring process impact, making our business more efficient with consistent execution while embarking on building the next generation of data-driven best practices.

What you’ll do:

• Become an expert at Pinterest performance best practices and related performance products, enabling yourself to be Australia’s go to resource for performance related opportunities and represent Pinterest’s performance COE (center of excellence)
• Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for a less technical audience
• Enable and mobilize sellers to pitch new performance products and campaign best practices at scale, with a focus on products that involves performance automation 
• Provide strategic thought leadership to top tier clients within your region
• Identify key issues facing our clients and advertisers, and develop proposed solutions on how Pinterest should solve them through systems, processes and / or people
• Work with your region to adapt best practices to fit the market your are supporting, and relay that feedback to internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience within digital marketing, ad tech and ad operations
• Expertise in digital advertising and media sales including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, sales facing experience, and product/platform knowledge
• Deep knowledge of performance products on ad buying platforms, with proven experience on product adoption strategy and narrative building
• A self starter who’s able to influence decision makers both internally and externally to drive adoption of performance products and initiatives
• A structured and detail-oriented thinker. You’re as comfortable solving conceptual problems and creating frameworks to refine a team’s thinking as you are getting into the weeds to understand how things work.
• Strong communication skills. You can move seamlessly between conversing with engineers or frontline sales employees and lead presentations with senior leads.
• An individual that thrives in a fast-moving environment and is independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.
• Technical foundation with relevant experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
