This role sits at the intersection of advertiser experience and ad creative, owning the tools and workflows that help advertisers create, manage, and optimize the right ad for the right Pinner at scale. You’ll shape how creative assets are uploaded, organized, and activated across campaigns, including new AI‑powered and automated solutions. Your work will directly impact how efficiently advertisers of all sizes can create on‑brand, high‑performing campaigns, and will be a key driver of Pinterest Ads revenue growth.
What you’ll do:
- Own and evolve core surfaces in Ads Manager, where advertisers of all sizes plan, buy, optimize, and measure their campaigns.
- Build end‑to‑end solutions that help advertisers upload, manage, and promote ad creatives, including creative libraries, templates, and creative automation tools.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and operations to define, align on, and ship improvements for both self‑serve and managed advertisers, across global markets.
- Deeply understand advertiser and agency workflows through research, data, and customer conversations; translate those insights into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
- Explore and ship AI‑powered and automated creative solutions that help advertisers scale high‑quality Pinterest‑native creative.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with digital advertising and performance marketing: You understand performance ads concepts (e.g., optimization goals, bidding, attribution, creative testing) and how creative impacts performance.
- Strong product discovery skills: You’re comfortable talking to customers, mapping workflows, validating problems, and translating insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional teams: You’ve driven alignment and shipped products with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations partners in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action: You can bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces and move quickly while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Excellent communication of complex topics: You can explain technical concepts and tradeoffs to non‑technical audiences and drive clear decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience

It is through Ad Formats that we create the products, piping and apply critical thinking end-to-end to innovate using Pinterest’s unique visual understanding, Pinner intent, and world-class team of cross-functional partners. In this role you’ll lead (and create!) several ad formats as part of a mighty team at the center of the innovation!
What you’ll do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute on high impact, innovative Ad Format products that help Pinners take action and advertisers tell compelling stories to reach their business goals.
- Evolve current ad formats and iterate to drive Inspiration to taking action.
- Act like an owner, where you drive the business outcomes and success for their product portfolio
- Balance and influence different business needs and make appropriate trade offs across different Pinterest stakeholders.
- Leverage available AI productivity tools to drive high velocity product outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years of experience in Ads.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and different pricing models
- Ability to lead and operate in ambiguous environments and execute with urgency.
- Previous experience or exposure to ads.
- Nice-to-have prior experience launching AI consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Reporting to Pinterest’s VP & GM of Monetization, the Senior Director of Product Management, Measurement will set the strategic direction for one of Pinterest's highest-visibility product areas and directly influence how Pinterest competes, grows, and wins in the advertising marketplace. You’ll own the vision and execution of Pinterest's full measurement portfolio; helping advertisers clearly understand and maximize their ROI on Pinterest.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the enterprise measurement strategy: Define and execute a bold, multi-year roadmap spanning attribution, incrementality, modeled conversions, conversion APIs, and cross-channel measurement that directly drives advertiser revenue growth
- Operate at the executive level: Serve as a key voice in Pinterest's broader ads product strategy, partnering with and presenting to C-suite and senior leadership on measurement's role in the company's growth trajectory
- Lead a world-class team: Attract, develop, and inspire a team of ~15 Product Managers, building organizational depth and a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance
- Be the external face of Pinterest measurement: Represent Pinterest with marquee advertising partners, agencies, and at industry forums, building credibility and trust in Pinterest's measurement ecosystem
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner with Sales, Engineering, Data Science, and Advertising Partners to ensure measurement capabilities translate directly into advertiser confidence, spend, and retention
- Shape Pinterest's competitive position: Stay ahead of industry headwinds — signal loss, privacy regulation, AI-driven attribution, CTV, and proactively build the solutions that keep Pinterest ahead of the curve
- Cross functional collaboration: Partner with the Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to develop and implement measurement solutions while also helping with Advertiser and client facing technical communication.
What We’re Looking For:
- 15+ years of product leadership experience, with a significant tenure in advertising technology, measurement, or data-driven marketing platforms.
- A proven track record of building and scaling measurement products that have materially driven revenue and business growth.
- Executive presence and influence — experience presenting product vision to senior stakeholders and partnering closely with engineering teams to execute on roadmap.
- Deep expertise across the modern measurement landscape including, but not limited to: attribution, incrementality, privacy-safe measurement, clean rooms, and third-party integrations.
- Experience leading large, high-performing PM organizations and developing the next generation of product leaders.
- A strategic mindset backed by strong analytical and data fluency, including comfort with ML/AI-driven product development.
- History of navigating complexity and driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Pinterest's Ads Quality team sits at the heart of our monetization engine — Pinners with the brands and products most relevant to their moments of inspiration. Reporting to Pinterest’s VP & GM of Monetization, the Senior Director of Product Management, Ads Quality, will own the end-to-end product vision and strategy for one of Pinterest's most significant and technically sophisticated domains.
The Senior Director of Product Management, Ads Quality will lead a team of 10–15 Product Managers, partnering at the highest levels across Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Sales, and Go-to-Market to shape the future of advertising at Pinterest. They will be the strategic architect behind how we optimize for Pinner experience, advertiser outcomes, and Pinterest's long-term business growth — simultaneously and at scale.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product executive who brings deep expertise in digital advertising and ML-powered products, a strong executive presence, and a proven track record of building and inspiring high-performing PM organizations in complex, fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do:
- Set and drive organizational vision: Define and champion a multi-year product strategy for Pinterest's Ads Quality portfolio, ensuring alignment across business objectives, technical capabilities, and evolving market dynamics in digital advertising.
- Lead a high-impact PM organization: Build, mentor, and inspire a team of 10–15 senior Product Managers, fostering a culture of product excellence, strategic rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Shape the ML and AI technology roadmap: Partner with senior Engineering and ML leadership to guide the evolution of Pinterest's machine learning and generative AI technology stack, translating cutting-edge capabilities into differentiated advertising experiences.
- Drive advertiser and Pinner value creation: Own the strategic balance between delivering measurable ROI for advertisers and preserving the authentic, high-quality inspiration experience that makes Pinterest unique.
- Influence at the executive level: Serve as a key voice in monetization strategy discussions with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, representing Ads Quality priorities and translating complex technical tradeoffs into clear business narratives.
- Accelerate go-to-market impact: Partner with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to bring new advertising products to market, from ideation through launch and scaled growth.
